It’s not working and I’d like to cancel the 3 day free trial and I DO NOT WANT TO BE BILLED In 3 days time so please delete me as I don’t want to trail it any longer as it’s not working !!! PLEASE DELETE

I have put apps on both Samsung S10 & IPad. The S10 has loaded all my music. On screen of S10 now in a bar code and saying waiting on info from IPad. I can get past first few steps on IPad it says connected it S10 BUT goes the blue screen @ bottom of screen. Says. SEND. CAN,t make it ( receive ) Tried 6 or 7 times. HOW DO I GET IPAD TO RECEIVE. S10 still WAITING. HELP PLEASE

I lost my content because of it

I was using it for year's suddenly if stopped and it needs payment and I am in a country it doesn't support the Internet payment and I had too many things inside the application and I can not reach it even after an update is still the same but not all the users had this problem I think just that who they didn't import everything because they will be forced to pay like me it's fraud and rope And by what by my content that I kept it because I trusted this full of bugs that it didn't fix for years and ads ads ads application

5.99 con ! Beware Automatic bill at just over 2 days

Before I had 3 days of use app billed me $5.99. I knew that it was going to bill after 3 days and was going to delete before that but while I was thinking 3 days of use at the time it was installed they are counting the day installed as a full day so basically you only have 2 days plus hours remaining on the day installed (in other words billed at 49 hrs not 72 if installed at 11pm). The app also failed to do what I needed it for which is to transfer text messages from Note 9 to a iPhone 13 Pro, this was done with remote help from AT&T.

Doesn’t work

I select pictures, select the device, connect, have to again hit send, then again for some reason have to select the pictures, then hit “ok”, then brings back the last screen with empty list, which has send button that when you click you go back to the cycle Not to mention when I installed the app, I had to agree with their terms of using my data, or else I couldn’t open the app, the second I hit agree certain things started uploading to web, no idea what they were and what types they had
