iPhone 11 max, app works fine. Logged right in with existing DS Logon and was able to view all family except my spouse, just like using the browser on my PC. App is missing a lot of useful functionality and won’t be very useful, but it does what the description states.

Two suggestions: 1) secure messaging and 2) Add an insurance card compatible with Apple Wallet. Even Express-Scripts has this and it really helps at most civilian pharmacies.

I’m reviewing this as a patient and as a clinician for Humana Military. HumanaMilitary is very difficult to access. I wasn’t able to register a user name and password. So, I tried to access through my DS Logon. When I accessed the portal/app, the information kept freezing. I tried several times and even changed my password even when I didn’t have to and shouldn’t have had to.

I tried to search for neurosurgery specialty, the only item that piped up was “pediatric neurosurgery”. I have to search this as “neurological surgery” to find adult neurosurgeons.

Only registered civilian network provider profile is found.

Definitely one of the worst Apps I’ve downloaded. I wish I could say I’m surprised, but working with the military for an entire career I’ve come to expect this type of poor quality work. Very limited capability. Allows you to view the EOB in PDF format, but doesn’t provide anyway to print or download???? Payment pages take you to links that require additional login (why have an app if it is really just an internet link??). No chat capability for service, just makes you call Humana and wait on the phone forever. Humana reps don’t service HumanaMilitary , so they can’t help or take inputs for HumanaMilitary . Glad to see my tax dollars being wasted.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about, HumanaMilitary is very basic and extremely simple to use. It shows every single claim I’ve ever made, allows for payments to be made etc. literally took me no time at all to figure out how to use HumanaMilitary ! I haven’t had to use the search feature yet but it truly can’t be that difficult...

I read a lot of bad reviews, yet almost all reviews states what HumanaMilitary just does not do and what everyone expects HumanaMilitary to do. I downloaded HumanaMilitary with no issues and was able to get the information I needed based on the HumanaMilitary description states HumanaMilitary does. Now, I do wish HumanaMilitary did more but just how HumanaMilitary is developed and the information it provides it’s good for me. For this reason I give it three stars. If HumanaMilitary did more then I would probably give it the five starts.

I have had my Humana account for many years. Finally decided to download HumanaMilitary for convenience. Unfortunately, HumanaMilitary didn't recognize my login. My account locked out. Went online with my PC using the Humana web site. Updated my account password and successfully logged back into the web site. Went back to HumanaMilitary and tried to log back into my account with HumanaMilitary using my new password. Still no go! The only thing I can think is that HumanaMilitary doesn't like my user name. Not changing my account to use HumanaMilitary. Removing HumanaMilitary from my phone.

HumanaMilitary is simple and it does what design to do. Yes it can be built to have more functions, but people need to stop rating an app based on what they wish HumanaMilitary did. Give them a good review if it does what’s design to do and make a recommendation comments of features you wish to see.

I’m not sure where all of the bad reviews were coming from but HumanaMilitary was clear and concise. I was able to find the information I needed rather easily. Didn’t have any issues with the DS Log on either.

HumanaMilitary is missing many of the basic needs you would expect from mobile capability. I can’t update my profile, can’t update my credit card or address, can’t change anything. There’s no chat or help function. Can’t update passwords or log in. You can pay, but it doesn’t count for your required monthly auto payment which can only be set up via mail and paper and which MUST be established or else they drop you. Totally useless.

What is the point of HumanaMilitary? I see nothing useful here. I just downloaded it, but after looking around it doesn’t seem helpful at all. I don’t see that I can make appointments from here. I also can’t look up shot records, which is the whole reason for downloading HumanaMilitary . I don’t even see that our PCM is correct or what team they’re on. I’m probably going to take another look through it and then delete this waste of space.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease & functionality of HumanaMilitary! It has a sorely underscored rating. I do recommend using it and look forward to the benefits and resources it contains.

Attempted several times to log in with no results. Had to log in thru DOS Log and even then I had to change my password in order to get in. Something is wrong and needs to be fixed.

First- would not let me use HumanaMilitary password. And there was no “I forgot my password” reset or “I forgot my ID” reset.

Second - would not let me update my profile. My phone number was not listed. This is the phone I downloaded HumanaMilitary to. Also my phone number is in Deers and has not changed in almost 20 years.

Tried to register for HumanaMilitary. Entered all the info but it says my email is already being used. Great, but it doesn’t use emails for login, it uses a user ID. So how in the hell am I supposed to register for HumanaMilitary?
Can’t request my ID, can’t request a password, can’t get into HumanaMilitary at all. Deleting from my phone now. Had it all of 10 minutes.

Because HumanaMilitary makes me wish she’d gone through with it. Seriously though, even for gov contract work this is sloppy. God awful UI... Just because it’s pretty doesn’t mean you can call it a day.

When I click the logo to go home (likes normal person would assume) it opens the browser and takes me to the website. Why on earth would I want your website when I’m on HumanaMilitary ?

The search function is... pretty bad, guys. It doesn’t allow for any narrow function other than specialty and zip before you can search, which is not super user friendly.

Whoever gave HumanaMilitary the green light is not doing their due diligence on the UX side of dev.

I’ve only been able to access my acct once
I’ve talked to several people and because of of the issue they supposed to delete it so that I could start over didn’t work because they never delete after you get off the phone with anyone they are done and you have no way to fix the problem

When searching for a provider, page 1 loads ok, but when you click on “next” or “2” the page resets and sends you back to your main search page with your original search terms cleared out. This is very aggravating. Changing the search criteria from Provider Name to Specialty doesn’t work. You have to go back, back, and back. Gaaaahhhhh! Please fix HumanaMilitary.

HumanaMilitary is neatly formatted. Cool. But it lacks easy use capabilities. You put in info, and it highlights the info as wrong in red.... when all you did was choose from its own drop down menus. Military needs to go back doing things in person and not online. Because it becomes worse, when they do it online. And this is by far worst yet.

I haven’t logged on for quite a while so I forgot my password. I tried to do forgot my password and it wouldn’t work and i’m not sure why it wouldn’t work. It keeps saying that the information that I provided were invalid. Again, i’m not sure how or why my informations are invalid.

I registered without problem but when I try to login I get an error message indicating it can’t match my user I’d and password but if I use the browser version I can login without issue. Clearly something is broken on the backend; however, in their wisdom they don’t provide a way to resolve the issue. Great job guys!

Unable to log in. When you use the Humana log in it just sit there then HumanaMilitary crashes. With the DS log in it take you to another page that is blank. Please look in to this. People have been waiting for HumanaMilitary to be able to see referrals

Every time I try to login to HumanaMilitary , the password is denied, why am I to login to the website via safari? Need to fix this!

I have to agree with CFDjr ad some others that commented early on. App extremely basic and lacks a lot of functionality, i.e. Referrals and Status, as well as Claims and EOBs to include their associated status. Hopefully there will be more ease for those of us with DSS logins. Haven't tried with HumanaMilitary , but if anything like online, OMG, way too many clicks to get there. At least this is a start and hopeful for vast improvement soon.

I like that they finally got around to modernizing HumanaMilitary , but I can’t even log in. HumanaMilitary freezes and you can’t do anything. Hopefully they get around to updating the bugs with the overhaul. But as for now it’s worthless

Maybe I am misunderstanding HumanaMilitary, but all I see useful is payments. They want your money but you cannot refill any meds, schedule an appointment, or see med records. I see why it only had 2 1/2 stars. Stick with tricare online.

Key functions just don’t work. Maybe I could look at claims but the data doesn’t load. Provider search is not accurate either.

Liked the old version! Having problems with provider search, keeps dropping specialty before search can work!

I updated and re-downloaded HumanaMilitary . Upon login, it closes. Has done it multiple times. Not sure why it’s not working.

App asks for my password then just force closes. Submitted a request and never heard anything back.

HumanaMilitary does not let you submit claims. Please stop releasing apps with only partial functionality.

HumanaMilitary crashes when I try to login.

Forgot iD feature birthday is off one year, and DS logon button doesn’t work.
