TRICAREEast will allow you to view the details of your claims and referral and authorizations including status, provider information and associated dates. In addition, you can view your eligibility, PCM information, cat cap and deductible (where applicable), make payments, review payment history and find network providers. You can also view, print, share to files and email your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Referral Letters. TRICAREEast now includes a message board that provides beneficiaries with general information and reminders.
