Contact Humana Military Support

I’m reviewing this as a patient and as a clinician for Humana Military. This app is very difficult to access. I wasn’t able to register a user name and password. So, I tried to access through my DS Logon. When I accessed the portal/app, the information kept freezing. I tried several times and even changed my password even when I didn’t have to and shouldn’t have had to. I tried to search for neurosurgery specialty, the only item that piped up was “pediatric neurosurgery”. I have to search this as “neurological surgery” to find adult neurosurgeons. Only registered civilian network provider profile is found.

Definitely one of the worst Apps I’ve downloaded. I wish I could say I’m surprised, but working with the military for an entire career I’ve come to expect this type of poor quality work. Very limited capability. Allows you to view the EOB in PDF format, but doesn’t provide anyway to print or download???? Payment pages take you to links that require additional login (why have an app if it is really just an internet link??). No chat capability for service, just makes you call Humana and wait on the phone forever. Humana reps don’t service the App, so they can’t help or take inputs for the App. Glad to see my tax dollars being wasted.

I have had my Humana account for many years. Finally decided to download the app for convenience. Unfortunately, the app didn't recognize my login. My account locked out. Went online with my PC using the Humana web site. Updated my account password and successfully logged back into the web site. Went back to the app and tried to log back into my account with the app using my new password. Still no go! The only thing I can think is that the app doesn't like my user name. Not changing my account to use this app. Removing the app from my phone.
