My original review is below, however after reaching out via their website I received a response within a day and TopInvestor has since been fixed! Awesome customer service and I’m glad they were able to rectify the issue. Still love TopInvestor .

Great app for what I do. Paid for the year about 6-7 months ago and use it daily. A few days ago it stopped working entirely. Won’t find my location. Can’t hold down on properties to get info. Deleted and reinstalled app. Updated iPad. Hopefully there’s an update in the works. If not I’ll be looking for a refund!

I love TopInvestor! It’s easy to use and has an incredible amount of useful information that is hard to find anywhere else. Would highly recommend for anyone who works in the real estate field and wants to gain an edge on the competition.

App is great and the recent improvements are very welcome. The preloading off addresses being the best. However the notification about if the home dweller is renting I can’t seem to find. The old Version would say absentee.
Stills great app that works as expected

TopInvestor is an awesome hidden gem for real estate investors. It has incredibly detailed information on what seems like every single-family property in the US. Great way to find off-market properties to gain an edge on the competition. Highly recommend!

I love TopInvestor. It has a TON of hard to get real estate information that is invaluable to house flippers, real estate investors, realtors, loan officers and anyone looking to get an edge in today’s competitive real estate market. I use it daily.

What about a desk top version also??

App doesn’t work, app forgets my subscription. Also before when it worked, it didn’t run in the background, so even time you went to TopInvestor it had to reload. However that doesn’t matter now, since it doesn’t work.

Trying to end subscription because it’s to unreliable. I travel a lot and it doesn’t always work when you want it to. Canceled subscription in the past and found out it didn’t cancel. Tried using it again, since it didn’t cancel and still not happy. :(

I believe this will be my last month toying around with TopConnector. Constantly crashes no matter what I choose do. I also see that it’s been sometime since TopInvestor was last updated which explains why it crashes from the mere touch.
Just not reliable when needed.

This review is because I am unable to contact the support. I have a monthly subscription that keeps saying it’s expired when it’s not. When I close TopInvestor and reopen it works for 1 house. Then says expired if I click on another house.

I need this issue addressed ASAP!

TopInvestor is very helpful and only needs an update on owners contact to be a perfect data app.

It will kick out out and say you need to purchase premium and then keep you locked out for days.

Deleted TopInvestor and now it doesnt even populate house bubbles…

Paid for monthly subscription and cannot look at any data. Always says subscription expired. Thieves are stealing from us. Fix NOW!!!

The good is that the ease of use and information given are exceptional; the bad is that the price for having "look-up features" is both expensive and and time-sensitive. To me, it would make more sense to pay for a certain amount of searches. If I get busy and don't search properties like crazy, my allotted time will run out, though I paid top dollar. If, on the other hand, I paid for twenty searches, I could take all year (or longer) to use them up, but they're still there. I think they need to have a better pay system because I only search for a few properties at a time and don't want to pay the high prices. I'll keep my eye on this in case they decide to come up with a better system of pay.

DO NOT UPDATE TO IOS 15.3 THE DEVELOPERS ARE TOO LAZY TO OPTIMIZE THEIR APP TO PROPERLY FUNCTION WITH THE NEW IOS UPDATE! THEY ONLY UPDATE TopInvestor ONCE EVERY OTHER YEAR!!!! THEY ARE NOT SOLVING THIS ISSUE OR GIVING MONEY BACK FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO BE USED!!!!!

I've been a subscriber to TopInvestor for quite some time for over a year. This mobile app has promise but it's not a perfect solution. However, it is an affordable solution to other more established, mainly desktop, real estate data solutions.

I recently experienced an issue with TopInvestor not recognizing my subscription. When I contacted TopInvestor developer they came back to me telling me it was an iTunes issue. After contacting Apple who elevated the matter to the iTunes tech support engineering group Apple came back to me letting me know that is was in fact an App Development issue.

After three weeks of working to find a resolution to this problem I'll have to say I was a bit disappointed in TopInvestor Developer response.

When I contacted the developer they didn't commit to contacting Apple Developer Support as Apple suggested I convey to them but instead referred me to Apple to get a refund.

Now I know TopInvestor has promise, and I was using it daily, but if I'm a subscriber, likely one of few as I was told it's a lightly subscribed to App, I need it to work if it's going to supplant other data resources.

I'm disappointed TopInvestor Developer didn't expend some effort in trying to help me find a resolution to this problem. You would think TopInvestor Developer would want to keep its subscribers around even if it meant getting on the phone and offering to go through troubleshooting items on my devise and failing to find a solution then committing to reach out to Apple to work with their App Developer support to cure this issue.

TopInvestor Developer didn't do any of that but instead advised I get a refund from Apple. They didn't even suggest I check back with them or offer to provide troubleshooting updates.

TopInvestor Developer has earned a failing grade on customer support. There are other data providers that offer both desktop and mobile data solutions. I will be re subscribing to one of those services. Sign up for TopInvestor at your own risk.

TopInvestor requires a monthly subscription service. I install it and then immediately uninstalled it. Don't waste your time.

Very friendly customer service. Responded to my email almost immediately. Can't believe TopInvestor is so cheap.

Great app. Has great property information for almost free. So worth it. Almost everything you want to know about a property.

I have to say it's pretty cool, as a real estate investor it saves me time on finding out property info.

You can find out about almost any property here in the U.S. TopInvestor is out of this world!!!
