I’ve been stranded in Italy since Covid blew up and I can’t do sms 2 factor so renders the app useless. I can still access my account in the browser because I can use google authenticator/Authy and phone through voip but there is no option for this within the app, it’s sms or bust. You’d think there would be some intelligence in the backend that recognizes the device you’ve successfully used to log in, and there IS! But that doesn’t mean squat when you try to login through the app which makes no sense, you still see a login wall, despite having logged in just two seconds ago in the browser with the same ip. I already went through customer support but no dice. First world problem I know but please fix.

This app and the website doesn’t work properly. I have a pending invite for payment on this site and when I click the link it brings me to sign in and doesn’t move past the sign in page. Tried it on the app and multiple computers and same situation. When I log in regularly without clicking on the link through email it comes up but then when I click the invitation the site goes nowhere. So my payment is in limbo. There’s no customer service number which is insane when it comes to dealing with payments. It’s 2020 it’s time to get better coders and make this site easy to use. Also add a customer service number because I’m still waiting on a response from messenger.

In a day and age where Venmo and PayPal allow you to instantly get ahold of money you make, a wait time of 13 DAYS (ALMOST 2 WEEKS) is INSANE. A physical CHECK would have arrived and been processed faster. This GREEDY company just wants to make sweet sweet interest for 2 WEEKS on YOUR MONEY. Inbound payments “to” them are removed IMMEDIATELY from the company’s account. You then wait 2 WEEKS for them to “process” and release the money to your account. My payment was sent from my employer on the 27th and has an ESTIMATE for an an arrival time of the 9th. Assuming it actually gets there then. I’m asking my employer for a physical check, this is insanity.
