To many ridiculous updates.

Half the time you can’t even use FirstNeighborBankNA due to the fact most days I try to use it, I got a “call the bank” notification written my password is automatically entered and doesn’t need changed anytime soon.

No longer functional

FirstNeighborBankNA constantly freezes or goes white and doesn’t allow me to log in. I’ve deleted it several times and constantly am having issues. Not satisfied at all.

Not a good app

I’ve done my banking here for years and still to this very day I can not get FirstNeighborBankNA to work! It’s very disappointing that I’m going to change my bank because of this.

Constantly getting the Error messsge to call the bank. Face ID will not stay on.

After entering login and pass it crashes

I have a new iPhone X and it crashes after login and password is entered.

cant even open the app

after everytime i log in FirstNeighborBankNA just crashes instantly. deleted and redownloaded and it did not help. fix this.

Crash and burn

App wont even open, just crashes as soon as I tap FirstNeighborBankNA . :(

Overall account balance

When I did my banking on a browser & not FirstNeighborBankNA it showed the balance of my account before each transaction was made. Now I can only see the transaction made & deposits into my account. So I don’t get much accuracy on the balance overall of what is in my account.

The most recent updates have made FirstNeighborBankNA amazing. Keep it up!
