Ok out of my 5 orders, 3 was either the wrong one or wrong colors as the sellers dont seem to look carefully into the details. They dont care what you orderd but only rushing after earning money. The return and reordering is bit long process and have to pay for delivery charges each time. And now on daraz part. As genuine as it looks but just like many out there daraz is also cunningly making money hiding behind that “ its how it works”. Lets say i ordered a 2500 rs product but wasn’t satisfied so i returned and i choose to refund the amount as a VOUCHER. With that 2500 rs voucher i surfed around and ordered another product worth 1000rs. So instead of deducting 1000 from 2500 voucher, daraz happily deducted the whole amount and said “ the voucher is one time use” policy. Wowww applause for that for earning feew money 1500 ra just like that. Since then I removed DarazOnlineShoppingApp and never used it

I’ve ordered twice a multiple number of items each time they delivered wrong or defected items ! Moreover they expected me to return the first one to replace the item which was their fault in the first place I don’t understand if I paid delivery charges before as well why do I need to be the one to pay for return as well ? The lunch box was broken the minions watch supposedly to arrive was a doremon one and the bedsheet of minion was bedsheet of ducks then a perfume set which had to arrive was incomplete and they only gave a spray no perfume then when we issued a complaint they repeatedly asked for the return of the spray and didn’t provide any voucher to replace the perfume which never arrived. I’ve never seen such awful customer service in my life !!!! Just horrible

My shopping experience is always an anxious one here, always checking ratings and reviews just incase things are not authentic specially when they keep sending defective/wrong/broken/old products. Idk what they get from fooling customers if they are gonna end up refunding the money anyway. The refunding process is very complicated too, they charge me for returning the product. You guys need to do something about the packaging, packages are mostly damaged,torn aparted and very lousily assembled which could lead to potential damage to each products. Not to mention how many sellers are frauds , a very risky place to shop in.

This is the worst online shop I’ve ever seen. It always delivers fake products with no warranty and always the wrong one and has no options to complaint abt it. On top of that there is no reassurance of getting back the money for returning the fake products ulta we have to pay another charge for return ship. Worst experience ever. Never gonna buy from here. Don’t even feel like giving that one star. Deleted this useless app. Just letting new ones know how much worst DarazOnlineShoppingApp is🤬🤬

No chat option. No option for complaining. No option to call customer service to inform anything. No option of editing contact details. No option for searching by brand names or company names. No option of delivery type.

If u order 5/6 items, daraz does not send all at a time. Sends them part by part which is very irritating. If u r send with a faulty product, u can not call customer service and reject to receive it.

It’s a disaster experience.

Hello Daraz team & app developer,
There’s no option to remove items from cart in your new daraz app though there is option to select items which I want to buy. I think it would be more convenient for user if you keep an option to remove selected items from cart

On the weekends the site is almost inaccessible due to traffic. Bandwidth testing and stress test should be performed to ensure consumer service delivery.

Adding a simple credit card is complicated and should be accessible without needing to buy anything from DarazOnlineShoppingApp .

Aliexpress dev team should collaborate and make Daraz app a little convenient and quicker.

Wrong delivery, fake products , their returning process is very complicated , after returning the product they don’t return the money there many thousands of problem in this online shop. At last I had uninstall DarazOnlineShoppingApp to make distance form this bad online shop.

It's quite good to tour the web and it's product. When customer review one product there should be much more related product need to shown in the suggestion. As well as if there is compassion option would be a very good move for customer to choose.

I have never regretted anything buying from daraz i love DarazOnlineShoppingApp v much i have done many orders and received all packed and good and non damaged. But one thing i want is to you guys to put new figures in stock plz like Dragon ball z characters Jojo bizarre adventures one piece and others. Thank you.

From bags to sweaters to makeup to electronic devices I have bought many things from Daraz They are professional and whenever I wanted to return item I was promptly refunded ! That is the main reason I consider it the safest option specially when nowadays fake pages and sites are openly looting people I only wish they would rope in some too UK US brands too and they would flourish 👍🏻

I ordered two refrigerators those were good but for stitched clothes it is highly not recommended because they say free size which is even not fit for small size. Sizes are extremely wrong I think they should stop selling unbranded stitched clothes. I will Never Ever again order stitched clothes from Daraz

Daraz is now one of the best online platform. AliExpress which is a company belongs to Alibaba Corporation who now owns Daraz that is why the performance of Daraz has improved a lot and now they’re very reliable I have ordered so many things from them and I never got disappointed.

I’m a very old user of DarazOnlineShoppingApp and it is the best online shopping app I’ve ever used.... never disappointed, all products are exactly as shown in pictures....... and so much potential, this is the future of online shopping of Pakistan.... keep up the good work and long way to go IA 👍🏻👍🏻 (not sponsored just personal opinion and experience)

I love it because I can buy whatever whenever from Daraz. But, the problem is exactly that! I buy stuff too much I can't stop myself. I think Daraz turned me into a real shopaholic, which is danger for mine and my parents' bank!

Otherwise, I completely recommend it. 💁🏻‍♀️

It is a very sad fact about such a big online shop that it doesn’t provide any option to you for calling customer service for any info , complaint or difficulty ! Need improvement!!!

I got an add in a newly downloaded app in which i played a game called lucky powerball from daraz. I guessed 4 correct number balls and i won iphone 11pro. I submitted my credit card number and other details. Then I submitted my phone number and the page ended. Is this a truth or myth? Will i get iPhone 11 pro or not. PLEASE CONFIRM.

I think DarazOnlineShoppingApp is really helpful for shopping online. The shopping experience is mostly smooth. Definitely one needs to compare the offers and look for products/options available , which does take time, but it’s worth the effort. Recommended!

I love DarazOnlineShoppingApp because I could buy with money I don’t like it when I pay with credit card because If I buy with my credit card I maybe be hacked and steal my money from me and it have great deal, than x cite app (KUWAIT) it have no deal and support is worst Also it’s they ship on the wrong day DarazOnlineShoppingApp say it on January 26 but they sent in January 28, I will love Daraz than x cite

Facilities like calling or chatting with the owner, customer care support is not there, cannot complain about the faulty products. Please work on these.
It would be a great deal if the daraz app has access to maps (eg. Google Maps), that really helps to pin point the location rather than instructing over the phone.
