I order just mask from IVROSE back in March never received the mask . I had paid 41$ on the mask never came through it indicated to me when I called California that they still had it in China. I contacted IVROSE Directly in email and received not much feed back on the issue they numerous times from March through August continue to send emails filled with lies indicating that it was on its way. Come to find out when I called UPS and Fed Ex that anything that is shipped from China or Japan from IVROSE has not been shipped. I’m not impressed with IVROSE. They took my money and did not refund my money back after I notified them on this issue. I give them one star on this company. Besides Coach and Many other Apps are offering better prices for face mask and clothing and are guaranteed to reach out to you in the appropriate way and it’s monitored I hope this review helps People to stay away from this site so they do not have the same situation I had with this company during this Pandemic. To the People who are read This review Stay Safe during this year and take care yourself.

Took a month and a half for my clothes to come even though they kept promising they’d already been shipped the tracking kept saying nothing. My first package was stolen because I had to leave town and they dropped it to my door in a high traffic area rather than my paid locker. They refused to open a claim ticket or reimburse me. They split my order into 3 and sent them with different carriers which was confusing and my delivery preferences disregarded. When my other two packages came the clothing looked like Halloween costumes. The matching skirt and top set was such flimsy material and ill-sewn, resulting in ill fit. The girl in the picture looked classy, I looked like I was going to a funeral or costume party. I’m sending everything back and anticipating problems with the return, the customer service is appalling, I’m still not sure if I was ever talking to a real person or if it was a robot. I will not order anything else from them, they own several other sites by different names, beware!

I found IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique through Pinterest and their reviews were really good on their website. So I signed up and purchased two dresses for my birthday. Then after I purchased, I downloaded IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique and saw how poor their reviews were and I thought, okay usually on bad reviews I never have a problem with. Sure enough, I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to “incorrect address.” My address was 100% okay. When I contacted support they asked for all my order confirmation #, card info and social. Why would they need my social if it’s not on my membership? So I just sent a screenshot of my order and that it said “on it’s way”; which was false. They were responding immediately up until that point and also, all their emails were reporting to my spam inbox. My bank is working to get the $60 I spent, because they didn’t return it after canceling it.

I am very upset because I placed a large order which IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique that I have tracked marks me that it was already delivered and it is totally a lie. Now, I contacted customer service and they said yes, the order was delivered. Now, I call FedEx to see what happened to my delivery and they told me that it was delivered and left outside the BUILDING as the information said !! which I never asked for at the entrance of the building! I asked that at the entrance my APARTMENT! not outside the building! (which is totally ridiculous to make a delivery outside) now it turns out that all my packages were stolen and all because IVROSE did not put all my information in the shipment as I requested!!!! just throw $87 in the trash!!!!💔

your workers have to pay more attention to their work and focus on the orders they are placing and shipping!

This website is actually good based on my experience i got my order on time and it was a good price and it fit the description of what i got there very nice there customer service message you back right away and gives you updates on what going on with your order , I have no complaints

IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique has nice clothing in beautiful styles but the return policy is one of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Firstly you must either contact customer service through WhatsApp or Email which they can take up to 24+ hours to respond. Seconds they will spend some time just trying to find your order. Even with the email/phone number you use for the account isn’t enough. They need the numbers of the orders and clothing. Finally 4 days after the whole process begins they give you an option of a 10% cash back or $7 cash coupon and you’re unable to return. Though their clothes are cute and of nice quality I can never buy from here again because of this policy.

My first time on this site and i ordered few items usually when the item is available it means “available” and reading reviews first if it’s fast delivery and good quality and so i pay everything all set. Then 1 week after i received an email said some of the items are out of stocks like wth !!! If it’s out of stocks why it is still available on the website and why telling me a week after?? And i have to wait 2-18days before they have stock...It is been a month until now my order hasn’t came or did they even exist or I’m wasting $200 for it.

First off it takes a whole month to receive 1 item. I ordered a dress for my babyshower. When it finally shows out for delivery, it never comes and somehow FedEx marks it delivered the next day. I was home all day and I have a doorbell camera. They told me the shipper had to file a claim. I contacted Ivrose which takes forever cause they are on a different time than US. U can only talk to them at 2am or later. Finally after a week of back and forth. They say they can resend it. They said the sent out on June 29. Here it is July 9 and FedEx still don’t have the package. I will never order with them again. EVER

Just like shein except the return process. Doing a return process was not the greatest. I don’t know if I was looked at the wrong page but y’all should really state that returns are going to be at ones cost. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. Not to mention when I told customers service I wanted to do a return they wanted to offer me 25% back for what I paid for and to just keep the items. If it was a 15$ purchase then I wouldn’t really care but it was a 300$ purchase. Absolutely not. I will not be shopping on this site/app again.

I just downloaded IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique bec I wanted to place an order. I started reading the reviews while it downloaded and saw one where the person said all of the positive reviews were posted on Apr 2 and Mar 26..AND THEY ARE RIGHT!!! See for yourself (unless they change it).

Hey IV ROSE, you should be ASHAMED of yourself. If you have good products and service the ratings will speak for themselves and where you fall short, try to improve, but DON’T TRY TO DECEIVE PEOPLE! For this if I could give you Zero stars I would!! Shame on you!!

When you get on IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique just look at a bra called “Textured Tank Top Push Up Gym Bra Breathable Elastic Bralette Workout Underwear.” If you notice in the reviews there are two exact same people posting the same exact 2 pictures, 2 days apart, with 2 different captions. Wish I would’ve seen this sooner ordered clothes for my girlfriend now she’s heartbroken and feels foolish don’t make the same mistake as me. I’m bringing my lawyer into it to hopefully help get this sit shut down but aside from that I just hope everyone takes a second to read my comment and sees the fake reviews.

I want to leave five stars because IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique is so freaking good but y’all don’t have a share button that will take the link of the item I want to send to people so that they can either purchase the item or see what I’m talking about without having to screenshot the outfit so I give IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique a four point five out of five it’s so so good I just need that share button.

I was very satisfied with the quality. Also, the shipping time was quicker than expected. I have suggested IvRoseOnlineFashionBoutique to my friends and family. I will remember this site for future purchases.

Order some shoes for $45 then was charged an extra $3 for international fees... got an email that the shoes were delivered which they NEVER WERE... contacted my local post office & Feds Ex & the tracking number I had was not a real number.... I could only contact this company thru email or messenger no live person... this was back in November... No Shoes & no refund... I give them 1 star BC that’s the lowest I could give.... I will NEVER ORDER from this company again & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else

The only reason I have it one star was because I had to give something so I could write a review! I purchased my order on the 29th of November and it still hasn’t shipped. As soon as I asked for my money back I got a screen shot of an order with my tracking number saying that it had already been delivered. Here’s the kicker....the screenshot delivery address was in a whole different state and it was delivered on DECEMBER 25, 2015!!!!!!!!!!! Last I checked its 2017 and it’s the 23rd of December!!!! I will never order from this site again!!!!

Spent over $150 on products which I never received waiting 3 months received one out of seven items. Customer service had given me no answers as to when i will get a refund. they charge the customer insurance on items they ship but not refund when the products don’t show up. Customer service gives you the runaround. I have asking for a refund for 2 months. The website and app or a complete scam.

After reviewing other comments, I decided to check on their website and it’s products reviews. As other customers stated, the reviews were written identically and at the same day applying to different products. How is it possible that people flood with comments at one time let’s say a year ago and then nobody writes anything? Looks suspicious to me. After the following analysis, I would never order from them.

So I ordered a dress around the last week of May and it’s July, still hasn’t shown up, I’ve tried to ask for a refund but they haven’t even said anything. I was supposed to do a review on them for a video and it hasn’t shown up it’s been two months. I also needed them for an occasion so I had to end up spending more money on a dress. They have nice clothes and I’m not even sure if this is a scam or not.

There is no possible way these reviews are real. Every single item in my order was absolute garbage. I order from many online overseas companies and every now and then I get a bad product but this company is just trash. Every item was made like a cheap Halloween costume. Nothing like photos and the material is a joke. It also took over a month to arrive and smelled like melted plastic when I opened it.

Shopping for clothes for my best half is not easy, but here it’s very easy by the fabulous dresses and other things like the T-Shirt I just ordered today

Never order from them at all.....they are the worst and im not the type to write bad reviews but they never shipped me my birthday dress....i order it a month before my party it never came when I talked to support they told me that the address I gave them its not active which is crazy cause why would I gave you a non working address...then they said they would sent my money never did and after I text them they got offline. So never order from them

I thought maybe would not be so bad... but that’s ridiculous they don’t have care for the customers I don’t think they even care if we get the items or not .. for me it it’s very terrible experience and I feel stole for a moment I trusted in them or that company or whatever it’s that industry. I ordered pants for homecoming 2 weeks ago I paid for express shipping and now with only one day way from homecoming I have nothing. I not only did I spend over $40 I now how to buy a whole new dress.. never again
