App was working fine the first couple weeks of school. Now it hasn’t worked since around last Wednesday, September 6th. Shows the route in neon green, but does not show the bus and where it is

App was working beautifully until Android 13 update. Now the app will not install. Tried several times to no avail. (Chesterfield County Virginia user.

The Versatrans My Stop mobile app provides access to bus information and student ridership data. Versatrans My Stop is only available to families in school districts that use Versatrans to manage student transportation. School districts can also send mass notifications to all subscribed users to inform them of general information such as school delays and closings. My Stop also provides notifications when a student scans on or off the bus, or when the bus is late leaving the garage. Ask your district if they provide their parents with access to Versatrans My Stop.
