How to fix 1StopDesk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 1StopDesk app on iPhone
Update 1StopDesk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 1StopDesk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 1StopDesk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 1StopDesk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

1StopDesk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 1StopDesk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 1StopDesk App
1. On android, goto Settings » 1StopDesk » click [Force Stop]

Update 1StopDesk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 1StopDesk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 1StopDesk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 1StopDesk.

Fix 1StopDesk unable to contact server/ 1StopDesk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 1StopDesk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 1StopDesk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 1StopDesk
