Does not do the only thing it’s meant to do

I will be waiting for my child at the bus stop and it was change multiple times from bus is running on time 4:30 (when the current time is 4:45), to the bus is late, to the bus has past your stop. Then the bus will show up.

I have tried tracking the bus and it will show the bus at a stop for a long time when I can see if driving through the neighborhood. Then it freezes the bus in one spot very far away and it looks like the bus is no where near. Then the bus magically pops up at the stop but of course the app still has it frozen 5 miles away.

I’ve actually never written a review in the 10 years I’ve had an iphone but this was by far the worst app I’ve ever downloaded so I felt compelled to write a review. I was so excited to have the ability to see where my child was and when he was arriving. I guess I’ll just have to cross my fingers another company will come along and actually try to make a working app for this. Until then, there is no point in keeping an app on my phone that doesn’t have even one working feature.

My district has been using this program for 2 years and it just keeps getting worse and slower! I constantly get kicked out of the app because the server is not connecting and when I do get to log in it takes so long to update the location of the bus that by the time it does update I have to refresh again. The app does not show the bus moving, only the location when you log in so I have to constantly close and reopen to see the bus location. I use the app for two students and I have to toggle between them because it only shows one bus at a time and it takes way too long to switch between children. I wish I could give 0 stars!

I have used the app for this service with fairly few problems for several years and then it stopped working. The bus garage told me to download the newest version of the app which I did which is this one. Ever since downloading it, every time I use it I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it because it gets hung up on the “refreshing“ page after you close it and then you open it for next time you are using it. This app has issues. Both the prior app and this one look and function like a sophomore entry-level technology class project done by 13 year olds. I find it crazy that this is the best there is for school systems to use to track their buses.
