Summary of AlFiτ Problems 🔥

- Standard weight for user's height and age changed from 111 to 108.

- Display only shows the last weigh in from December 2019.

- Poorly written and at this point useless.

- No way to delete last years data.

- App shows only data for 2019, no weigh in data for 2020 recorded anywhere.

- Company did not respond to help figure out how to update.

- Company's "fix" did not work at all.

Hi - I’ve had the scales for a while and Started reusing them again today. I’ve reinstalled the app, I’ve put new batteries in, I’ve connected to the device – but when I step on the scale the results don’t go into the record, or show on the app. please help

Hi my daughter downloaded the app for me months ago but for some reason I can never delete the old weight or erase the history. I find it hard to navigate in. I want to start fresh. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but now I cannot login in as I don't know what the password is and it's telling me it recognises the e-mail address. I selected forgot password and the verification code it keeps sending to my e-mail won't accept it.
