I cannot see my weight progress for the last year. I want to see a chart or something showing what weight I started at etc. This is a frustrating experience. That's the entire reason why I bought this damn thing and I have never been able to see my progress! I NEED HELP!
Has been working great for a few years. Now it is giving 4 different weights for the same person weighed at the same time. Not good enough as this is for medical reasons. Can I get some support please?

Numerous times I've moved the scale and it's given me stones in difference in weight. I was 71 kg. Then I moved it slightly to the left, stood back on it and it put me as 71.6kg. it keeps going up when I do this. Batteries are working fine. Please help or I will be looking for refund.

To be honest - don’t buy this scale. I’ve had it almost a year and it is incredibly buggy.
The recent bug is that the display only shows the last weigh in from December 2019! Yes - even though you can find January 2020 weighing, the most recent weigh in is not displayed. This - which is the ONlY way to get the detailed information from the scale - is very poorly written and at this point useless. It doesn’t even offer a way to delete last years day so that I can start fresh just to see my 2020 data.
Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this scale. Get a good one from Bed Bath and Beyond that you can at least return if it doesn’t work correctly.

I have same problem as another reviewer. App shows only data for 2019, no weigh in data for 2020 recorded anywhere. Have written to company three times to help figure out how to update but they do not respond. This is In fact a disposable scale, good for the year 2019 only.
I would not buy again.
Company did send out a mass email to “fix” the problem but it’s “fix” did not work at all. Same problem exists. Will not record any info for the year 2020, only shows 2019 history. Fancy Junk.

I’ve had this scale for almost 6 months and it used to work perfectly fine. For a few months now, it has only measured my weight and not anything else!
