- The monitor can sometimes itch.

- The app had issues with the server certificate and required the user to call support and install an older version.

- The dark background of the app makes it difficult to see the tabs at the bottom of the screen.

App is not loading on ios. Just flashes on screen once then closes. Tried restarting phone, deleting and reloading app. Not fixing it.

To resolve MyZio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MyZio App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyZio » click [Force Stop]

Clear MyZio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyZio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyZio.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyZio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyZio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyZio
