I have been using RockyMountainPower for a few years and liked it. They did an adjustment where I had to change my password. I also use the fingerprint to log in. It now will not allow me to log in that way monthly. I have used the new password they made me change it to a few times, but when I set it up for the print again it tells me I have to log in the other way first every time. Two complaints here. Can’t they make it work correctly with the print that I have so I don’t have to write down the password they forced me to change to? Shouldn’t I be able to keep the password I have chosen and used for years do I can remember it without them controlling my choices?

I just found out that RockyMountainPower existed for making my monthly pymts and I was so excited. I logged on easily with my existing info and quickly found my bill and made my payment - literally all in less than one minute. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY ANYONE IS GIVING RockyMountainPower LESS THAN 5 STARS!!!!!! Try it for yourself! If you aren’t an idiot, you will love it and enjoy the ease and convenience of managing your acct.

Ever since iOS 15, I can hardly ever login without an error. I have use the website instead.

Was excited to finally be able to bypass the automated systems via phone for making payments. After filling out all the login information I was sent a confirmation email. The only problem was that the verification link didn’t work. I tried calling in and had no luck getting this resolved. After spending 45+ minutes trying to get the account active I gave up, realizing I could have paid 6 months of bills in the time I had just wasted.

There is no point to RockyMountainPower if you cannot pay your Bill on it. I have had several problems with my payment AND autopay not go through. Luckily, you can pay by phone, which, again, makes RockyMountainPower useless. Also, for anyone reading this, paying by on the RMP website also gives the same issues. Save yourself some phone space and don’t download RockyMountainPower.

Compared to all the other apps I use to pay my bills this works wonderful. It’s not perfect but they’ve definitely put more work in than most and iv never had any serious issues

Tried to reset my password. The link didn’t work because gmail thought it might be spam, so I had to use Mail. Before I did that though, I tried to see if I could get my old password. Now my account is locked and says “try again in 15 minutes.” It’s been locked for almost 24 hours and still says “try again in 15 minutes.” RMP’s UX, not just on RockyMountainPower , is garbage.

Why have biometric log in if you can’t use it. Sometimes I can’t even log into RockyMountainPower , and when I try to reset my password RockyMountainPower won’t let you go through the steps, it just keeps looping everything back to the log in page. Easily the most annoying bill I have to pay as I never know if I will be able to log in or not

I paid my bill over the phone. I hate the automated system whenever I try inputting my stuff it says I did something else. But after paying over the phone I downloaded RockyMountainPower but it still shows I owe on my account. It’s not bad just kind of freaks me out not knowing if RockyMountainPower is real

RockyMountainPower is the worst! Every month it gives me crap and I have to call customer service. With all the smart IT people out there I’m amazed at how crappy this is. I’m just glad customer service confirmed that a lot of people are saying the same thing. Let’s make it user friendly or dump it. I can go back to paper billing.

I just submitted my first payment using RockyMountainPower and it hasn’t reflected on my account yet so I sure hope this is legit and not someone pretending to be RMP using an app and stealing money from people. Sure hope to see it reflected on my account in the morning. I have yet to rate it 5 stars, for now it deserves a 3 star.

It does everything I need. Easy to pay, easy to review current and past bills, saves payment info for faster payments in the future.

Trying to submit an outage report as the power went out but the fine developers do not deem it important enough to have this feature work. At all. All I get is, “an error has occurred” over and over and over. I would like to give RockyMountainPower ZERO stars if I could. Time to fire these devs for someone who can really deliver.

I can’t even give RockyMountainPower 1 star. I split our bill between the 2 paycheck every month. I have to change the password every 2 weeks because it will not keep the password. As I see from all the other unhappy customers they don’t like RockyMountainPower either. Sad I mean do you want to be paid or not

I guess for paying bills, which I hate to do, this was very simple to set up and make a payment. It was as pleasant as I could have imagined. Thanks. Touch ID is a nice feature.

Not sure what your developers are doing but something is clearly broken with the backend and Face ID.

- Random errors when looking at data
- Face ID won’t load properly, works 1/3 of the time
- Updates make the login screen take too long, have to delete and re-download go get it back to normal

Constantly screwing around with my sign in. It’s like RockyMountainPower isn’t even connected to anything. Biometrics never work, can’t see my password. Constantly getting errors. Total trash app. I pay everything from their apps, except this bill, because RockyMountainPower never works.

They updated their privacy policy once and now I have to create a new password every time I want to log in. RockyMountainPower was convenient in the past but now it honestly might be easier to walk in to a physical location and count out the price in pennies.

This is the most heinous app I have ever used in my entire life. I have tried for a month now to log in and pay my bill with no success. Imagine being a billion dollar company and not even being able to make a simple app. I’ll be deleting it off my phone.

App version 3.0 is much improved from the previous versions and is very easy to use.

It’s a fake App trying to get your information then says it will send a verification email. It has a fake link where the text is just blue, it’s not an actual link, then they tell you if it doesn’t work to call a different number and give them more information.

It does what you need it too and is straight forward. What a utility app should be.

The ability to log in has been broken recently, defeating the main point of having RockyMountainPower. "The request timed out. Please try again." Eventually I gave up and went back to the website to pay bills.

Can’t login at all. Even deleted and reinstalled but still not working.

OMG!! I do not know why I didn’t use this before. It was so easy and quick... Love it

Love RockyMountainPower but it keeps crashing.
