I have been using this app for a few years and liked it. They did an adjustment where I had to change my password. I also use the fingerprint to log in. It now will not allow me to log in that way monthly. I have used the new password they made me change it to a few times, but when I set it up for the print again it tells me I have to log in the other way first every time. Two complaints here. Can’t they make it work correctly with the print that I have so I don’t have to write down the password they forced me to change to? Shouldn’t I be able to keep the password I have chosen and used for years do I can remember it without them controlling my choices?

Was excited to finally be able to bypass the automated systems via phone for making payments. After filling out all the login information I was sent a confirmation email. The only problem was that the verification link didn’t work. I tried calling in and had no luck getting this resolved. After spending 45+ minutes trying to get the account active I gave up, realizing I could have paid 6 months of bills in the time I had just wasted.

There is no point to this app if you cannot pay your Bill on it. I have had several problems with my payment AND autopay not go through. Luckily, you can pay by phone, which, again, makes the app useless. Also, for anyone reading this, paying by on the RMP website also gives the same issues. Save yourself some phone space and don’t download this app.
