They really did a number on a fully 3-step paint corrected car with dirty rags, improper washing and using hard water to wash a while back and offered a 5 dollar coupon after. Left water spots and swirls all over the car and interior plastic causing 600 dollar worth of damage that needed proper correction from a professional detailer(He had to correct the paint again and detail interior trims that were all scuffed, wasted about 1200 dollars total). Had to file a charge back in the end to get my money back. Nothing but an empty apology and no action on their end.

Just be mindful that there is no such thing as “certified car wash” or etc; most detailers heavily rely on word of mouth locally and reviews they get on yelp and google. If someone working for them(which are pretty much crappy detailers they find locally from craigslist) they probably don’t have the expensive tools required to do a proper wash. The people who damaged my car came in some beatup truck and they brought their underage kid to work... Proper detailers don’t need to be washing for companies like this; doesnt make sense when they can manage their own schedule easily with calendar app or have customers come to them instead.

Used app on multiple occasions for multiple vehicles to give a fair shot. Here’s the issues:

- paid $200 for a full detail which according to Washos includes water spot removal. Detail completed and when reviewed with this app they said yes it does include water spot removal unless it’s a tough water spot. So why list water spot removal and not clarify that it really isn’t water spot removal? Called support for this app and they said that it’s a good point but the $200 service doesn’t include water spot removal if it’s theyre tough... wow. Not talking about only one spot, an entire section.
- no show service. Setup multiple cars to get washed and appointment was cancelled after appointment time without call. Called this app, oops tech cancelled we can get you an appointment in 4 days! After further discussion we will get you someone this afternoon, another tech cancelled no notice, we will get you someone tomorrow, cars ready and another no show! Such a waste of your time which is the convenience you’re supposedly are paying for.

Product is garbage and so is service. Stay away.

My first interaction with this app was frustrating and left much to be desired. I had scheduled a platinum wash for two cars, four days in advance, for a 9 AM appointment on a Saturday. Unfortunately, on the day of the service, I received a call from this app informing me that the subcontracted wash technician could not make it due to an emergency. Given the timing and nature of the scheduling, I am skeptical about the genuineness of this emergency. Honestly, I think the person just stayed out too late Friday night and slept in. This incident leads me to question the reliability of this app's subcontracting process and their criteria for vetting technicians. The lack of professionalism in handling appointments and ensuring the availability of dependable service providers has significantly eroded my trust in this app. This experience was not only inconvenient but also indicative of a broader issue with the service's management and subcontractor reliability. I hope this app takes this feedback seriously and improves their vetting process to prevent future disappointments for their customers.

Unimpressed with this service. Got several of these car washes as a gift, but I would not continue. Asked for the water conservation option and a kid showed up with a spray bottle of car cleaner and a rag. Feared for my car’s finish, so I had him change to the water option. Used my water, no power sprayer, nothing but a few car cleaning supplies out of his trunk. Nice kid, tried really hard but this is not a service I would pay for again. Also today I booked an appointment for a time they offered as available, they accepted it, then sent me an email saying they couldn’t find anyone to do the job. One star.

We take great care of our car (Tesla Model 3) and it looked brand new despite being over 3 years old. That is, until this app took “care” of the car. Thought the car deserved some TLC so opted for the “Ultimate” package, their most expensive option. Well, that will teach me.

The tech did a lower quality job than usual, when we select the “platinum wash” and worse, actually scratched the paint all around the car due to what I presume was a dirty orbital gun pad. Brought this up to this app and they tried to rectify by sending the same tech, so the scratches are still there. Pains me every time I have the car washed since the scratches get to be very visible then.

Save yourself the headache and go for the low priced option. Or even better, get a local detailer and save the 25% revshare that this app collects. Definitely won’t use/recommend this app again.

I used to use this app on a regular basis, but stopped after frequent up selling on packages. A detailer who came to work on my car said he needed to use a clay bar to remove some imperfections in my paint. Of course, that would be an extra charge. I declined saying I had paid extra last time with prior this app person. The current detailer said the job was not done correctly and again tried to persuade me to add the extra service. I declined. I didn’t tell this individual that it was he who worked car last time. Just decided to stop using service in the future

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this service. I got my car washed 3 weeks ago. The door interiors and backs of seats were still covered in shoe marks. He missed under the seats, the crevices between seats and doors, and cupholders. All were filthy. There were streaks all over the center console and windows. Doesn’t look like he even opened the trunk. Everyone who’s entered my car since then has laughed and commented on the streaks everywhere. I have contacted customer service with photos at least 5 times over the last few weeks but they are unresponsive. I finally had to file a credit card chargeback. Better off getting your neighbor’s 8 year old kid to wash your car.

They have Us employees driving 15 miles round trip in LA traffic just to make $30 & spend over 1 hour washing a car, so I believe that’s making less than minimum wage. this app takes 33-40% from whatever the customer pays them.

They told me that some guys are making $2,000-$2,500 per week, but I’m pretty sure all of them are working 10-14 hours shifts & 6-7 days per week just to make that type of money…

Make sure you try to tip these employees well if they did a pretty good job!

This is a really cool idea. I like that they have included the ability to request your favorite detailers and tipping and paying within Washos is definitely a plus. It’s well designed and easy to use. It also has a refer a friend program,(I love programs like these). The service can be a bit pricey, but if that’s not an issue for you I would recommend this if you’re a busy person who doesn’t have time to detail your car.

I did not expect Washos would come up great but it really impressed me from the day the washer guy arrived and until he left!! The car was so nice they're 100% pro at this and experienced! I would definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. This is really good for car shows as me and my friends go there to compete. I really love Washos!! Keep up the good work guys!! New loyal customer here!! ✌🏼

I’ve used this app many times to come to my house and clean our cars. I hate going to a car wash and paying a premium for an average job. I love that you can talk with and show the retailers issues you care about. I did have one retailer who left a big shoe mark on my tan carpet and left without telling me. I shared this experience with this app and they refunded the fee for that wash. Great customer service and responsive.

I have found this app really useful and a time saver by having my car cleaned eco friendly at work. It saves me time on the weekends. It’s like having you car detailed every time because of the care they take. They also tell you what your car might need next time depending on whatever issues they might have noticed while cleaning your car. Also a great way to contribute to being green.

I heard about Washos from a coworker & downloaded it. Pretty soon there were 4 of us using it due to how quick and easy it was to book a wash while we were at work. The best part was coming out to a clean car and not having wasted any time sitting and waiting at the car wash. We have a guy that comes to our office to wash cars but I have to text and call him-with Washos I can book quickly wherever I am. Although the base washes are likely to be a bit higher than your local wash, the convenience is worth it in my opinion. At times they offer coupon codes and if you share your own link to Washos , you can get credits if friends use it, so there are cost savings at times.

Really makes managing your car pretty easy, especially if you can afford it. Takes away the hard component of detailing, maintaining, and cleaningofyour car. It brings the solution to your problem directly to you, no more waitingin line, no more dealing with other people, hell, no more doing the maintaining your self! Like I said, if you can afford this and ifthe app is available to use in your area I would definitely recommend Washos, a sure 10 / 10 for me.

I was shocked to discover rodents had been in my car during the night. Fortunately, the damage was minimal. Just the interior was left very dirty and smelly. It was disgusting! I honestly did not know where to turn for help.

Thank goodness I found this app and in particular, Jorge! He restored my car to it’s original new state. You can’t tell there was ever a problem. My car is beautiful!

Seriously I can’t begin to explain the positive experience I’ve had with this app. Washos first of all works smooth, a lot smoother than others. I was assigned a detailer within 45 minutes of booking and he showed up literally at my door right on time. The wash was exquisite and immaculate. I can’t believe how easy it was. Paid and tipped through Washos , and my favorite feature is being able to request this great washer Alejandro P, again through Washos . Repeat customer for life. Thank you!

I usually opt for the car washes at the gas station but I was referred to this app by a friend and I have to say, they are brilliant! I treated my car to one of packages since I never got a detailing before and I was truly amazed by how good my car looked inside and out. Their app is very simple yet innovative with the scheduling and detail. It’s always nice to not have to leave the house to get some errands done. There’s absolutely nothing that I have an issue with. Not only that, but they offer a lot of promo deals and credits which makes for a great customer base.

I have scheduled multiple car washes over the last year and I find it incredibly convenient to have someone come to my house and wash my car. All of the washers I’ve had have been punctual and have provided great service. The cost of the cleaning is also very reasonable! I have had a few times where I have put in a request that has not been filled but they always give me a credit to reschedule and it helps me save money for the inconvenience. I appreciate that they acknowledge that it is annoying to put in a request and it not be filled. Overall very very satisfied and I will continue to be a customer for a long time u less something changes but so far fantastic!

As a mom of two toddlers, I absolutely love this service. I can take out the car seats and all of the kids stuff from the car and leave it in the garage, and have them thoroughly clean out the car (at the regular car wash, they don’t ever clean underneath the car seats). When they are done, they always put the car seats back in for me. I love that they will come at 7 in the morning so that it doesn’t interrupt my kids activities. This is my exclusive car wash service now and I have gotten my car washed over five times using Washos. It’s also super convenient that when we come home from a long road trip, I can have a servicer there waiting to wash my car for me so it’s ready to go the next day!

As someone who rarely takes the time to review apps or services, as well as a first time user, I was skeptical of the “come to you car wash” but after MARIO did a killer job on not only our SUV but also our smaller sedan in just over two hours, I’d say I’m more than impressed. He was kind and courteous as well as quick and prompt. Serious all around positive recommendation. Great work guys.
