There is something wrong with ABA . There are only two options at start up: activate an account or open a new account. I have already activated my account yet when i open ABA , it keeps asking me to either activate an account or open an account. There is no “log in for existing users” option. In order to do mobile banking, i have to keep “activating” my account. And so, I have reached the MONTHLY LIMIT for activating my account (because apparently there is a MONTHLY LIMIT in activating an account which is a measly 5 or so activations). And when i went to the this app bank, the teller/bank officer didn’t know what to do…and there was no one in the bank who was able to help me I am stuck with this useless app until i get a new “activation limit” next month. So much for this app mobile banking. ABA is useless.
And i tried the chat function and the support agents are equally useless!

No way to dispute bad/false transactions. Just have to lose the money because this app doesn’t care.
Should never trust a bank that handles customers accounts over Facebook.
Update- I got a developer response confirming that there is no way dispute a transaction on ABA . Really bad design.

When app start up total balance in default account is showing without PIN, Unsecured when someone try to take your phone and check your balance. 👎🏽

App glitches as them to check with technical team but the respond is harsh and rude. Doesn’t seem to understand the question but respond back with whatever they had in their mind.

So I have an accident putting a phone number instead of his phone number and now It is locked and I cannot change it and is there maybe might be a way to change it?

It is not okay to make it mandatory to give you my location for me to use ABA ! There are no security benefit from you knowing where I use ABA , this is simply an invasion of privacy. Please remove this at once.

Dear, Developer. Please kindly help check and fix a tiny issue while typing remarks from QR scanning, the pop-up keyboard has raised infront of the remarks area where I cannot see the remarks while typing.

I can’t pick my own profile picture.

Why is that we can only take a new selfie but not be able to pick our own picture from our gallery?

This option is really valuable for personal remark when the transaction is required for future references.

I know it’s common for free apps to support themselves with advertising, but you are a bank, making money by loaning out our money. You don’t need advertising in your app. It’s ugly, inconvenient and makes your app look unprofessional

If you could add more helpful feature as the title of this review, it must be really useful for safety joint account. Biometric such as Face ID, Fingerprint must be in use for transection approval. User could have their own choice to manage each account more effective. I hope dev team may consider this suggestion. Thank you for find out this review. Appreciated

I just want developers to get a hand on 3D Touch, knowing that It is convenient to use and quick access to back account section. Thank you!

It's kinda annoying that I have to use PIN only (which is less secured) OR I have to use PIN and type in my ID (which is time consuming).

Hello why I can't select picture from my Photo to update the profile? Before I can normal

Feel this app is the most leading bank in term of service and mobile app. I would give you 5-star if Face ID for iPhone X is enable in your app.

I love this app Mobile App, user friendly, smooth, up to date and always add on new features. Keep it up guys. In my opinion, four digits PIN looks not so complex enough as someone easy fo guest or easy to remember even in a quick look so if this app increase app PIN to six digits would be more harder to guest or remember in a short period. :)

Probably the best banking app experience I ever used. No app is perfect but it has never gave me any real trouble.
