There is something wrong with the app. There are only two options at start up: activate an account or open a new account. I have already activated my account yet when i open the app, it keeps asking me to either activate an account or open an account. There is no “log in for existing users” option. In order to do mobile banking, i have to keep “activating” my account. And so, I have reached the MONTHLY LIMIT for activating my account (because apparently there is a MONTHLY LIMIT in activating an account which is a measly 5 or so activations). And when i went to the ABA bank, the teller/bank officer didn’t know what to do…and there was no one in the bank who was able to help me I am stuck with this useless app until i get a new “activation limit” next month. So much for ABA mobile banking. This app is useless.
And i tried the chat function and the support agents are equally useless!

So I have an accident putting a phone number instead of his phone number and now It is locked and I cannot change it and is there maybe might be a way to change it?

No way to dispute bad/false transactions. Just have to lose the money because ABA doesn’t care.
Should never trust a bank that handles customers accounts over Facebook.
Update- I got a developer response confirming that there is no way dispute a transaction on the app. Really bad design.
