The screen is stuck upside down and in landscape mode however my phone rotates all orientations. The app is not rotating at all and I can’t advance in it bc I can’t access the hyperlinked buttons.

How to fix Brush Up app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Brush Up app on iPhone
Update Brush Up app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Brush Up iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Brush Up on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Brush Up network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Brush Up Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Brush Up not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Brush Up App
1. On android, goto Settings » Brush Up » click [Force Stop]

Update Brush Up to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Brush Up App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Brush Up » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Brush Up.

Fix Brush Up unable to contact server/ Brush Up internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Brush Up » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Brush Up » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Brush Up
