How to fix Abra app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Abra app on iPhone
Update Abra app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Abra iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Abra on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Abra network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Abra Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Abra not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Abra App
1. On android, goto Settings » Abra » click [Force Stop]

Update Abra to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Abra App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Abra » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Abra.

Fix Abra unable to contact server/ Abra internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Abra » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Abra » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Abra
