The dialer keeps on crashing and unresponsive

My app keeps freezing. I then have to close the app and re open. I just deleted it and reinstalled, but that did not fix the issue. Any ideas?

Clients still get Unknown Number on their caller ID when we call them.

To resolve Follow Up Boss network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Follow Up Boss App
1. On android, goto Settings » Follow Up Boss » click [Force Stop]

Clear Follow Up Boss App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Follow Up Boss » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Follow Up Boss.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Follow Up Boss » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Follow Up Boss » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Follow Up Boss
