I run a small real estate team in Tampa. We’ve been FUB users for 7 years. Using FollowUpBoss since it’s launch 4+ years ago. It is the one tool we have we’d be lost without it. The folks at FUB are constantly innovating and adding features. We never feel like we are missing out. The company is forward thinking, has great training and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this company, this product and FollowUpBoss.

Amazing app with an even better team behind it. There’s virtually nothing FollowUpBoss can’t do for an agent, team, or larger brokerage. Hands down the best solution to managing your leads and past clients, tracking and supporting ongoing transactions, and automating many daily workflows. This easily pays for itself and then some. It even increases your ROI on other marketing efforts. Among all the CRM options out there, Follow Up Boss is light years ahead of the pack in my opinion.

... and getting better every day. I’m a huge self proclaimed CRM nerd and this system ticks 99% of all my boxes, and the very few that it doesn’t tick, they build out their system to accommodate. Dan and his entire team, from the CSR (Madaline) who flawlessly answered every question we had, to our account rep (Michael), and the ENTIRE support team (most recently Paul and Kasey) are 10 stars out of 5! If you’re looking for a CRM that does it all, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Let me start out by saying I absolutely love Follow Up Boss. It has made contacting my clients so incredibly easy. It works great on desktop, and just so so on my phone. The organization of FollowUpBoss is not great. The layout on the desktop website is much more functional. I am giving this one star as I am trying to use it on my iPad, however it is clearly not designed for anything more than a phone. I am surprised there has not been an iPad version. I would not recommend FollowUpBoss for iPad, and I would instead say to try and work with it via the browser if you plan on using an iPad as your primary computer.

I’ve been using FUB for two years. My business drastically changed once this amazing CRM system came into my life. Everything I was having difficulty with on who to call and when. Remembering what leads texted me and to respond. This system had all the answers to help me. Total game changer. I couldn’t do the volume of business that I do without it. ❤️

Ive only been using fub for a short time, which I really like.. but I wish templates for texts and emails were in FollowUpBoss as when we are on the go and get a lead, it would be easier to respond on the mobile app. I also use a iPad Pro, and its frustrating that FollowUpBoss will only display vertically, not horizontally- so, i have to goto the website to use it, but still need to keep FollowUpBoss installed so I get notifications.

Every time I think the team at Follow Up Boss has thought of everything they come up with new innovations that make managing our database, keeping our leads and relationships top of mind, and working smarter not harder easier than ever. Follow Up Boss is truly a gift to our business we are so grateful for their partnership and tech forward thinking.

Game changer for my business. Don’t know what I would do without it. They continue to innovate and make FollowUpBoss even easier to use while on the go. The caller id integration is clutch for when I receive a call from someone in my database and not saved to my iPhone contacts. The feature tells me who it is in my database.

Having tried many other CRMs, I am happy to have found FUB! Intuitive and easy to use, it’s made a huge difference on my conversion rates for new leads while keeping me in contact with past clients. The continuous updates just keep making things better and the support is fantastic! Highly recommended!

They are always listening to the needs of their clients and quick to help or make improvements to the platform. I have tried so many CRMs over many years. FUB is the only one I recommend now. I had a client who actually works for a huge CRM competitor, and after showing him FUB he even agreed how awesome it is… it’s a MUST Have for any member of my team. Congratulations guys for always being on top of creative thinking and design.

The best CRM is the one you use.... yep that is what they say. I have tried several before I settle in on FUB! It was easy to use and I feel like I have lost every day. It’s easy to figure out if you haven’t touched someone in a specific amount of days, interstates with my other software programs and best of all they just keep making it better!!!

I’ve tried many of the real estate orientated CRM’s out there. Follow Up Boss is the only one I’ve actually used and stuck with. It’s fast, intuitive, is actually helpful for me to keep up with leads, close more deals and know I’m not dropping anything.

Hands-down, FUB is the best all-around CRM available to real estate agents. It’s easy to use, has a great interface, a well-designed app, and the support team and FB community are second-to-none. After many trials with other CRMS, we chose FUB. Been using a couple years. Top reasons we still use them: 1. Very user friendly 2. Mobile app 3. Great Facebook group with tons of support. 4. ALWAYS evolving and improving with input from users. You get a monthly update with all improvements.

I keep missing my new leads as the notification sound is so soft and sounds like all the regular notifications for your phone. Not able to make it any louder or even make it a custom sound :(. Also, put the pictures of the homes that the leads are looking at……. This was a really great feature of the “Boomtown” app. Also miss their “Jaws” sound notification for new leads :(

I’ve been using follow up boss for over eight years and we couldn’t see functioning without it as a team. We absolutely love the CRM and are very thankful for this very easy to use app.

FollowUpBoss has run successfully for me for over a year but now whenever I’m in a low coverage zone, it does not work at all and then it does not reconnect once I’m back in coverage. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, rebooted my iPhone, etc. It’s extremely frustrating because yesterday I had no access to any of my contacts while it was having issues for over an hour!

Now I’ll say firstly the desktop portion of this CRM seems phenomenal, and there are some features I like on FollowUpBoss but honestly the lack of access to features on FollowUpBoss and only having the phone version and nothing for the iPad have me leaning towards another CRM, the best CRM is the one you actually use! And if I can’t have most the features and access on my phone and iPad that I have on the desktop than that just won’t work efficiently for me...

It is incredible when a team of engineers can build something so easy to, but still pack so much power!

Beats all the wanna-be’s by leading with customer service and listening to their customer first with regard to product road map. This is so rare in tech, but emphasizes how much they care. Ever wanted to build your own CRM?...jump on board now before the secret gets out.

I downloaded FollowUpBoss on BOTH of my iPhones and when opened it asks me for email and password. I’ve never been prompted to set up account, and when I enter email and password it tells me I can’t sign in. There are no other hyper links or places to sign up. A complete waste of time! I thought I would really enjoy using FollowUpBoss based on the description. I can’t even get past the first page...

Like Follow up boss a lot but wish they change the following without delay:
When making an appointment.. we have redundancy because sellers and buyers should not see each other’s email addresses... this needs to be changed so that we can include any emails and o lu respective receiver sees their own email and no one elses

When texting we need group texting as more than one principal legally has the right to see all communications... we are forced to redundancy here too as only one person can be texted at a time

Please fix this and it will up the rating

I have used Several CRM system however this one is much easier for my team to navigate. Keep on your notes and conversation in one place. Great Tool and I Highly Recommend. Dannie

This helps me stay on the go longer. There is no need to hurry and find wifi when I can do what I need to on the phone.

The latest update makes a good app even better, with caller I’d for your contacts. Great product. Still Wish the dialed was less $, but it is the best product on the market.

There is no “back” button on iPhones and FollowUpBoss has no “back” button when you click on certain things so I have to close FollowUpBoss completely and log back in and it’s a PITA.

What a great CRM and much more. Thx to owners for always listening to their clients in what we need! Love the newest mobile update to add tags on the run. Thank you Dan Corkill and Tom and all your amazing customer friendly staff!
