New update eliminated ability to successfully login via Facebook and prevents creating a new account that shares the same email address, so it essentially blocks login. Some developer forgot to consider any UX guidance and deployed a “cool” new typewriter effect for all messages, slow enough that it feels like visiting a BBS over a dial-up modem in the 80’s! Updates to apps need to look at this example as what not to do. Hoping it is fixed before I decide to simply delete 15SOF - idea was great, prior iterations were serviceable, latest update seemed to ignore any testing or feedback process.

Horrible! They claim they can use a selfie you take to send you your video. I did just as the instructions said and I never received my video. I had to contact support and they proceeded to tell me that my video was one of the ones that was not sent by the venue. That is so sketchy! Then they said they would send me a t-shirt for the so called inconvenience. I don’t want a t-shirt or apology. All I wanted was the video. Apparently seems too much to ask to for from a company who claims that they will find your video all while only using a selfie of yourself.

Update: The company contacted me and stated that my review is false and has derogatory information. Keep away from 15SOF and company! I can’t believe it has 4.9 stars and they have the audacity to call their consumers liars.

I was at a dodgers vs cubs baseball game in 1996.l at dodger stadium. I sat in the bleachers seats aka the Homerun seats. Sammy Sosa hit a Homerun right to me, I leaned forward to catch it and the guy sitting in front of me leaned back and he got the ball. The guy took off after he got the ball, the usher came over and told me to walk with her. She thought I caught the ball according to the jumbo tron. The cubs wanted the ball back, it was their team 10,000 Homerun. She was walking me over to their clubhouse to give them the ball, 15SOF is a great idea but when you search for your event, it doesn’t go back to the 90’s. I want that footage of me trying to catch that Homerun ball.

Just downloaded 15SOF after my daughter preformed during halftime of a preseason nfl game. I wasn’t sure exactly how to go about looking for the clip on 15SOF so I emailed customer service (late at night), they emailed me back very quickly and walked me through the process. They even emailed again to tell me that the video was available in my app. 15SOF is easy to use and makes sharing videos a breeze! We are so excited to have 15SOF for football season!

I love to go to baseball games with my family! Was always a bummer when my kids would get on TV or the Jumbotron but I couldn't get the videos-- thanks this app for fixing that! My kids of gotten amazing videos from concerts (Austin city limits and lollapalooza) and sporting events (Michigan football, Michigan basketball, and Cleveland cavs). Love when they share these videos with me!! This mom loves this app!

Last week my company took a few different teams to watch a hockey game in town. Someone in the office told us to download this app before, explaining if we make it on the Jumbotron we’ll get to relive it later. About half of us got on and we had bragging rights in the office for weeks to show everyone else who didn’t go to the game we made it!

This type of app was something that I’ve been looking for years. I attend so many sporting events throughout the year and wish I can get all the footage from before but at least now I know if I’m on the Jumbotron or on TV I can at least find the footage and share it with my family and friends. Thank you 15 seconds of fame staff!

If you haven’t used this app yet, you’re completely missing out. You can catch all of your highlight moments that appear on the jumbotron and keep them in your phone for a lifetime memory. They get your clips at miraculous speeds and if you use the contact us option they respond faster than your best friend on snapchat. I am a fan

Picked 15SOF up when we saw it at a Padres game. Our family got on the jumbo tron early in the game so we logged in to get our this app. The auto recognition software didn’t figure out who we were, but later I emailed this app and told them the date, time in the game, our party #, what we wore, and in less than 24 hours we were able to get our video. Pretty awesome!

My friend who is a season ticket holder at the Phoenix Suns recommended 15SOF to me after I bragged about getting on the Jumbotron at an AZ Cardinals game. I can’t believe they found me, I was in the crowd basically wearing the same thing as everyone else. I received my video right after the game ended and it was the best souvenir of the day, hands down. Thank you so much this app for my video! What a great concept

this app is so cool! I was skeptical at first because firstly I didn't think there was technology that could catch my face at such a fast speed on the jumbotron or TV none the less that I would actually be on either one. I was at the Marlins game last week and Not only did I get a fame moment but I got two! It was so exciting! Anyone whose ever been to a sporting event needs to try 15SOF asap.

Me and my brother love going to Brooklyn nets games. One of the things we love the most is seeing ourselves on the Jumbotron. I will be honest thought it's annoying we are often on it for such a short amount of time we don't have time to snap a picture of us on the Jumbotron. However, with 15 seconds of fame we can remember and see these memories of us having great times at nets games. Amazing app!

Followed this app on instagram through a friend’s recommendation and the content uploaded is so special and one of a kind. So cool to have a place for jumbotron clips to exist all together so you can share with family and friends! 15SOF was very user friendly and well designed. I was able to explore different events super easily and found so many hilarious clips! Love it.

This is an awesome app. We attend sporting events all over the world and love when they spot pictures of us on the Jumbotrons. I like to be in the moment and don’t enjoy watching life through my phone. That means I miss out on permanent recordings of my littles being adorable. 15SOF solves that problem. You can watch it first hand and know they have your back. They grab the pics and send them to u. How cool is that?

15SOF is actually pretty cool. I ended up going to a football game and they played an advertisement for it. It was me and my girlfriend at the game and I had surprise her with really good tickets. I was able to get up onto the Jumbotron and it made the experience. Then when I got home and had found out that I got the video of it made it all worth it!

Last week a couple of buddies and myself attended a Nets game at Barclays Center. About halfway through the game all of our phones were buzzing from family and friends that we made it on camera but we didn’t even realize! 15 SOF captured this moment for us and we were able to see the shot later that day. Such a cool idea. All my buddies couldn’t believe there’s an app that can do this!

I grew up going to sporting events with my family and we always loved when we were on the jumbotron at Fenway park, and the patriots games. We're season ticket holders for both! I have such great memories, but never before did I have something like this! I go to Michigan now and I was on the Jumbotron at my first football game. Little did I know I'd get to keep my video clip to remember that day forever. Thanks this app! Please come to Fenway park!!!!!!!!!

I never write reviews for any app, but I am giving my time for this one! What a great concept for fans to come and find footage at sporting events! I went to a Lakers game a couple days ago and couldn’t record me and my friends when we went on the JumboTron so I contacted the arena and they said they don’t store JumboTron footage. So thanks to the World Wide Web I stumbled upon 15SOF and you guys saved me! You are doing an amazing job!
