Activated Unwanted Package & Not Solving

I am a new post paid customer. Recently I paid 58 TK for my post paid connection bill but, unfortunately ROBI activated another package 58TK_7D_EL which i don't want. I have paid my bill but ROBI activated another package. I have requested to cancel that unwanted package on JAN-30-21, 3:41 PM. More than 60 hours gone but, till now that package is not deactivated and they said if i make any voice calls or if i use any data before my cancelation request completed then they are unable to deactive that package. I called twice in call center but they said their team is still working. Now i couldn't make any calls or couldn't use my data. I dont how much time they need for this small task.

Need to Update App interface.

Robi's mobile app has gone from messy to awkward with the current update. There is nothing arranged, arranged. It has become very difficult to find what you need in the rush of so many offers.
The home screen needs to be more beautiful and organized. It would have been nice to see the amount of money, usage amount, outstanding amount, elite group on the front page especially as before.
What was the need for an app to tap everything? No Missed Call Allot On-Off option. Emergency services are all lost in the rush.
I am once again disappointed with Robi.

"My Family" - Option not available in iOS apps

cant able to find my family option in my robi apps, using robi sim but cant purchase my family plan as there is no option in this app iOS apps.

very bad. it should be same for both andriod and iOS. I called customer support, they suggest me to use Andriod phone.

Fake VAS from Robi stealing money from accounts

No call center agent with robi. No email response from customer support email. Robi should be sued for fraud. They deduct money from unknown services. Fake VAS. Robi Deducts money from account without informing. They keep running hidden Value Added Services that you cannot stop without visiting the customer care. They can not explain who started this VAS or accepted or permitted this VAS.

Not supported for MNP converted number

I have converted my number from GP to Robi under MNP system. It is bad experience that after coming to robi i am not able to use my robi app. I try to login in MyRobi almost everyday but it shows not a valid robi number. You people are too lazy to solve this issue. It's not only my problem, it's problem for all converted number but you are not taking care.

Every 2-3 days after the app logs me out! Annoying

Whats the purpose of an app if i have to log into it everytime i visit MyRobi . This can also be done in web version where with a otp i can log into my account. Please fix this problem and make our life easier.

For adding new feature

I like everything about MyRobi. But one thing about thip app is that there is no option for deleting profile pic🥲.Though we can change profile pic, we can’t delete the pic ..It will be very helpful if you add the feature of deleting profile picture😊

Poor service under MNP

I have converted my Banglalink number to Robi under MNP system... but my experience is worst ! Almost services are faulty under MNP... i tried to buy custom bundle pack via my Bkash number but it has not been added to my account, neither bundle pack or money at that same time TK has been deducted from my bkash account ! I have asked bkash, they claimed transaction was successful then i asked robi care, they claimed they didn’t get any recharge transaction !

Internet speed is too much worst under MNP... most of time 4G connection Interruption happens! At the same time 3G speed acts like 2G !

Balance not updating.

I've been experiencing a persistent issue with the Robi app on iOS version 17.3.2 (App version 6.4.0).

MyRobi consistently displays an outdated balance upon refreshing, only showing the correct balance when reopening after completely closing it.

This inconvenience makes it frustrating to obtain real-time information without going through the hassle of force-closing MyRobi .

App refresh problem

App doesn’t refresh regularly! Sometimes data or information doesn’t show.
This refresh problem is now there for so long. Still no fixing.

Plz update MyRobi to fix refresh issue.

Some problems

Some times it creat problems like as do not show account balance also do not buy a package and do not show internet issue. Why this happens, as soon as modify this matter as result we will be use this apps regularly and easily...

I am a Robi Lover since it’s journey as AKTel. You can see when I started my journey with mobile company. Many of my friends and relatives advised me to shift to another this kind of service provider but I stayed with it. Robi is my first & favourite operator and I wish to continue with Robi. That’s all.

Share or Family share

In IOS Appstore couldn’t find the option of share pack or Family share option .. plz be updated . Its a crucial option for me.. regards

Network can be improved

Sometimes service options are not shown in MyRobi menu or not loaded properly but games are running smoothly. Maybe MyRobi is too heavy.. overall.. it does the work.

Improve and xtra features

Apps need to more improve for surfing smoothly for fast. Also need to add more extra features, options to control account.

Smooth and easy

Totally awesome app but need incoming call history and contacts backup system too. So that this would be more amazing and helpful too.
