I am a new post paid customer. Recently I paid 58 TK for my post paid connection bill but, unfortunately ROBI activated another package 58TK_7D_EL which i don't want. I have paid my bill but ROBI activated another package. I have requested to cancel that unwanted package on JAN-30-21, 3:41 PM. More than 60 hours gone but, till now that package is not deactivated and they said if i make any voice calls or if i use any data before my cancelation request completed then they are unable to deactive that package. I called twice in call center but they said their team is still working. Now i couldn't make any calls or couldn't use my data. I dont how much time they need for this small task.

Robi's mobile app has gone from messy to awkward with the current update. There is nothing arranged, arranged. It has become very difficult to find what you need in the rush of so many offers.
The home screen needs to be more beautiful and organized. It would have been nice to see the amount of money, usage amount, outstanding amount, elite group on the front page especially as before.
What was the need for an app to tap everything? No Missed Call Allot On-Off option. Emergency services are all lost in the rush.
I am once again disappointed with Robi.

No call center agent with robi. No email response from customer support email. Robi should be sued for fraud. They deduct money from unknown services. Fake VAS. Robi Deducts money from account without informing. They keep running hidden Value Added Services that you cannot stop without visiting the customer care. They can not explain who started this VAS or accepted or permitted this VAS.
