The share screen icon is missing. I couldn't use the Zhumu app for about 3 to 4 months now.

I can't use my webcam for an online exam through Zhumu. It opens briefly and then crashes. Please advise how I can fix this.

Zhumu has many times when it stops the lesson and says " connecting" this can happen many times in an hour and take minutes to reconnect if it doesn't fail outright. I have tested internet speed before during and after the issue and nothing changes with the speeds. I have also ran a ping test with no packets lost or time-outs. please advise, this has started happening after the latest update/

Zhumu keeps on connecting and finally fails to connect or while the meeting it turns off sayig connecting

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Zhumu app issues:

Force Stop the Zhumu App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zhumu app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zhumu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zhumu App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zhumu app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zhumu.

Fix Zhumu unable to contact server/ Zhumu internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Zhumu » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Zhumu » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zhumu on android.
