Hi I cannot get the verification code sent to my Australian number. It says failed to send. How can I fix this issue ? Thank you.

Its perfect when I connected to zhumu with Ipad ,But not for HP Laptop which I want to use more than Ipad, I’m not sure where is a problem Is it possible that the application on PC is unstable?

Why can't I sigh up? when I register I put my number but I do not get the verification code on It?

For more than a month now, I have had a problem with ZHUMU suddenly disconnecting in the middle of online meetings. I also see the message 'internet connection unstable'. When both of these things happen, I test my internet and it is fast enough at 15-25 MBPS download and 8-10 upload. It has started happening more often recently though. I do not know why ZHUMU disconnects like that. I do not know if it has anything to do with the internet signal from the person meeting me online. I do not have ethernet, but use either my phone hotspot or my small wifi device plugged into my computer. I have a fast SIM internet package for both phone and pocket wifi. Until the last month I did not have problems with ZHUMU connections.

i am unable to log in , although email id and password is right but it's showing there it's incorrect. please help i am unable to attend my class.

Can I change (edit) the email address that used to sign up?

I have this problem appearing every day during the video sessions. The video disappears and it’s written connecting. Sometimes it appears several times in 15 minute, the which affects the quality of work.

I am getting the same problem for 3 weeks now and it's affecting my work so much, do we have any resolution for this error? Tried several troubleshooting steps but it's the same thing.

Hello - I'm having the exact same issue as what this person mentioned. I am in the United States, and can't seem to log in with my phone number. Please help me find a solution for this. Here is the attached message from the other person with the same issue: Hi, I signed up ONLINE for Zhumu with my phone number. I then downloaded the desktop app for windows 10. When I open the app and login it says wrong user id or password. I reset the password and try login but continue have the same error message. When I login online I can not find anyway to login to a meeting, it asks me to download the destop app and continue have login error. Please help.
