Order delayed, when it finally showed up it wasn’t even the correct order. Driver left and came back with correct order 45 minutes late, and of course the food was ice cold by this point. Clearly they knew when the sent the order it was going to be cold since it had been sitting there so long but sent it anyway. No call, no sorry, no nothing! Terrible service.

We ordered a 4 cheese pizza and added pepperoni and bacon to one side. When the pizza arrived, we opened the box and the entire kitchen reeked of bad Parmesan cheese. My wife and I both took one bite and then threw away the entire pizza. Not to mention I barely got any pepperoni and bacon. $33 bucks after tax for garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THR WOODSTOCK, GA LOCATION. This isn’t the first time we got a horrible pizza from this location. The time before, all the cheese and toppings had been shoved to one side of the pizza box.

Arrived cold and wrong. I paid for meat and spoke with the server Rose and she said she would make sure they fixed it but there is absolutely no meat. Rose answered when I called an hr later as my order was not delivered and she had me on hold for over 20 mins and never came back. I called after another 30 mins and she was rude and told me my order had been picked up and she did not know what time it was picked up and was very snippy and quick to hang up on me. I did not receive my order until 2 hrs after ordering and it was cold and incorrect. I am being pushed to go to Grayson from now on after this issue

I never use it to place an order because the pick up times are always 30 min - 1 hr but when I call it in the pick up time is 15 mins. Been trying for 2 days to enter a missed transaction for my rewards and can’t get it to load. Even removed JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza and reinstalled it and now the whole app won’t completely install, it’s just sitting there half way loaded. About to delete and be done with it completely.

I’ve tried to order from multiple Johnny’s locations and JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza never works. Sometimes it says the location is closed when it’s not. Tonight it went into an endless loop stating I needed to add delivery instructions, when in fact I did. Developers please fix

I like JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza , it’s a great, easy to use app, but for some reason it keeps defaulting to pickup. I’ve had at least three orders I’ve had to either reorder or go pick up in person because even though I initially clicked delivery, it reverted back to pickup. It’s very frustrating and makes me not want to order again.

JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza does what it promises but needs enhancement. While I can order “curbside” on the web I can’t seem to do that with JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza . I also can’t order a pizza with “no cheese”, which is necessary sometimes. This means calling the order in, which means no rewards, etc. JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza is otherwise responsive, and I’ve had no issues getting my order on time and accurately filled.

I wanted to repeat my previous order, with a different credit card. I successfully entered the new card info. When I got to the end of the order, it said the cannoli were sold out. I had to go all the way back to the BEGINNING of the order to remove it. Then it made me repeat the CCV and address for the new card. It wasn’t until I got to Order Received that I noticed it had not included the tip, for which I had previously entered a cash amount, nor had it prompted me to enter a tip the second time thru. That left us scrambling for a cash tip after the order had already been submitted. If you’re going to make me go back to the beginning, at least include the tip prompt again!

Last month my wife and I visited the location in Bonaire ga. Atmosphere was wonderful. Service was great. The pie. Was perfect. The crust had char and the cheese was golden brown. I mean perfect. Tonight. Placed an order for delivery. Wow what a disappointment. The dough was too thick and undercooked, just not up to the last standards. My kids took one bite and said no this isn’t good pie. Well live and learn and hopefully next time things will be up to par. Remember guys don’t rush your food. People will wait for great food

I am a true pizza connoisseur from way back. Tried it twice at Johnny’s …Some how, a pizza that originated in Alabama raises flags for a northerner. The crust was pretty decent, but I need to find out why this pie doesn’t stick to straight mozzarella?!? The cheese is a salty blend of not sure what! I guess my search must continue. I found a decent pie in southeastern Tn. in Hixon . Now we live here so I miss our pizza fix!

I like JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza . The only issue I have is when you reorder from a previous delivery order, it defaults to pickup. I have accidentally not changed it and had to go pick up the order. It happened twice and on hectic days. It should force the choice or default to previous method.

Like old version it works well but stuff will go missing from an order or the “reorder”. Double check your EVERY TIME!

Johnny’s is the best pizza, especially if you have had New York pizza! JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza is super easy to use and have never had an issue. Employees are fantastic and they know their customers and care about their community. Beautiful restaurant and lots of great food to choose from!

Once we ordered a 12 & 1/2 pizza and they got it wrong, so they made us another one and told us we could either keep the other one or give it away. The are awesome! We usually eat there several times a month. Delicious!

I have no problems with JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza . Johnnys is decent pizza for fast pizza, the employees are nice, JohnnysNewYorkStylePizza is good, and the rewards are decent. No problems here. I enjoyed the free garlic knots for signing up. Cha Ching! You never get deals like that getting apps anymore!

My wife being from New York, it’s hard to find a pizza that tastes like home to her. We have been to many pizza joints that say they’re authentic NY Pizza. Well we’ve only found two and Johnnys is one. I would definitely recommend this one (Stockbridge) location. Servers are amazing.
Hats off to the servers, they are awesome and they support veterans.

This place is awesome! Great food and great service. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is which makes the food that much more enjoyable!

I downloaded and it’s easy to navigate and set up account. The food at all of these stores is nostalgic and perfect

Very accommodating for my food sensitivities, they checked ingredient lists and kept my food separate. This is our go to place!

Johnny’s in the Dub.📍, is great! Love ❤️ the service there, the food, and the staff! From Jerry, to the 🆒 cooks’, and the lady running the register and waiting tables! The rewards system is on point too! 👌🏿
