2 hr delivery and incorrect items

Arrived cold and wrong. I paid for meat and spoke with the server Rose and she said she would make sure they fixed it but there is absolutely no meat. Rose answered when I called an hr later as my order was not delivered and she had me on hold for over 20 mins and never came back. I called after another 30 mins and she was rude and told me my order had been picked up and she did not know what time it was picked up and was very snippy and quick to hang up on me. I did not receive my order until 2 hrs after ordering and it was cold and incorrect. I am being pushed to go to Grayson from now on after this issue
Difficult to Use

I never use it to place an order because the pick up times are always 30 min - 1 hr but when I call it in the pick up time is 15 mins. Been trying for 2 days to enter a missed transaction for my rewards and can’t get it to load. Even removed the app and reinstalled it and now the whole app won’t completely install, it’s just sitting there half way loaded. About to delete and be done with it completely.

We ordered a 4 cheese pizza and added pepperoni and bacon to one side. When the pizza arrived, we opened the box and the entire kitchen reeked of bad Parmesan cheese. My wife and I both took one bite and then threw away the entire pizza. Not to mention I barely got any pepperoni and bacon. $33 bucks after tax for garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THR WOODSTOCK, GA LOCATION. This isn’t the first time we got a horrible pizza from this location. The time before, all the cheese and toppings had been shoved to one side of the pizza box.
