Walked in 1 person getting a sandwich… waited at the pick up/online order section. After the guy made the one customers sandwich he never asked or approached me at the pick up counter. Waited and no sandwich was present (app still shows in process) to pick up and two other customers had come in. They proceed to help those two customers and prepare their sandwiches. After about 10 minutes of waiting and all customers now having their sandwiches both employees walk to the back and out the door to smoke or talk with other employees outside. I proceed to the front counter to ask about my sandwich which still shows in progress in TOGOSSandwiches and no food present to pick up. After the gentleman comes back in from outside he asks if I need help and I’m like uh I’m here to pick up. He proceeds to grab a sandwich and hands me the bag. I ask why shows still in process in TOGOSSandwiches and he throws out, well I didn’t know you were here to pick up. Wow. Ok. Note to self, don’t order from TOGOSSandwiches if you want any kind of service. We run a business next to this togos and go here often. Guess that’s going to change.

TOGOSSandwiches Update is an absolute embarrassment to your company. A high schooler could write a better app than this. We have gone to TOGO’S for years since the 70s in California and we are now in Las Vegas. The only options your app gives you is the size of your sandwich. You can’t change what toppings are on it, you can’t change the style of bread, and you can’t add anything extra because TOGOSSandwiches says anything that costs extra can’t be added. Your app is absolutely useless.

If you do not receive something from your order, Togo’s will blame whatever third party delivery service they choose to use to deliver their food.

I don’t like the built in tip function. I’m placing and paying on TOGOSSandwiches with no additional service needed from a human. A tip amount should not automatically be in my order. I can’t go back and change it either.

Togo’s app apparently doesn’t communicate with its website. Logged in successfully on the site…went TOGOSSandwiches - invalid password! What a joke. I just deleted my loyalty account and won’t eat there anymore.

So this is the 3rd time I have ordered online from the Carmichael location. Each time they omit the chips from my bag and I don’t find out till I am home. This last time I sent someone else to pick up the order and explicitly advised them to make sure to grab the chips. When they arrived they asked if the chips were in the bag. The employee answered yes but when they got home there was only 1 bag of chips instead of 2. I am so frustrated with the employees at this location. I mean they should, if nothing else, remind the customer to grab their chips if the employees are not going to put them in with the order! I can’t imagine on what business model it’s ok to purposely omit items from a customer’s order and just assume the customer knows they’re supposed to grab it themselves. I mean really WTH!

I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich when I got back to work opened up sandwich theres was No meat! Called into store they said they would refund me and never did, no way to request refund via app either

The new Togo’s app requires an existing user to change their password and then will not allow them to login with the new password. Trying to reset the password with TOGOSSandwiches only gets a message that the reset information is being sent to you email address. But even after several attempts nothing arrived in either my inbox or my spam box.
TOGOSSandwiches was marginal to begin with as you can’t order the BBQ Roast Beef sandwich from TOGOSSandwiches . You have to order it in the store. Now the improved app won’t let you order anything at all. Great job, Togo’s.

This is mind blowing! An app adding an automatic tip?!
I saw another review that said the same thing, & wish I had seen it before placing my order so I could have removed the presumptuous tip. TOGOSSandwiches automatically adds a tip right below the tax &, unless you’re reviewing every line, & if you’re in the slightest bit of a hurry, you’re likely to miss it, like I did.

I believe this is highly unethical. I don’t tip fast food joints for making my order, if I’m not dining in, no place rates a tip for merely providing the product that they are selling at a price for which I’ve agreed to pay.

I've used TOGOSSandwiches twice and have been really frustrated. You have to click way too many times to sync up your account and order. Both times I ended up on their website instead to do my mobile order, and did not earn any points.

TOGOSSandwiches and online ordering option is almost too brief and straight forward. I have an avocado allergy and there’s nowhere to add an allergy so the staff can exercise caution. Also, where did ‘make it a meal’ go?

Wrong order the sandwich appears to be old and cold, got wrong dressing for my salads, I had never any issue with this location I hope they improve their service!

The Togos app is hard to navigate. It does not seem like I can order exactly what I want. Why isn’t there a build your own sandwich feature? You have to mess around with a pre fixed sandwich and can never seem to get it the way I want. It is hard to subtract items from the pre-fixed sandwich options. With picky kids it can be a nightmare when the order comes out wrong. Need to make the ordering part easier to use. As expensive as a Togos sandwich has become, I should be able to get what I want.

When I placed my order, I didn’t see the tiny box to remove the tip, which was automatically added in as five dollars. Just FYI.

TOGOSSandwiches is ok, I don’t appreciate the request for personal information such as birthdate, etc. Apple Pay or equivalent at checkout would be much smoother than having to enter credit card info manually.

I have had a great experience when ordering for pick-up at my local store (Lake Forest,CA). However, the only issue I have run into is that if you order let’s say a #3 Turkey and cheddar. When making your selections cheddar is not an option under the cheese area of the order - just Swiss, Provolone and Pepper Jack . Which in theory would be fine since the sandwich is stated to be a turkey and cheddar sandwich which would lead one to believe that cheddar is assumed. However, because there is also not an option to choose “no cheese” if you don’t select one the 3 cheeses listed (none of them being cheddar) then the employee doesn’t put any cheese on the sandwich. So, there either needs to be an option to select cheddar with the other cheese selections and/or an option to select no cheese. Thanks for reading.

Yesterday, I went to this TOGOS to pickup my online order. For the most part this is a good store. Just not great. I ordered my sandwich with pickles, peppers and pepperoncinis with other toppings. I only had pepperoncinis on half my sandwich and NO pepper or pickles.
We order things they way we feel taste the best to us. So, without the pickles and only pepperoncinis only on half the sandwich, my sandwich wasn’t satisfying.
I don’t know the young man’s name that made my sandwiches.

First, I love Togo’s. Hands down the best simple sandwich shop with the best bread. Second, the staff is always very kind and friendly, Tnak you. Third, TOGOSSandwiches is intuitive and clear. It makes ordering last minute a breeze. The only issue I have with TOGOSSandwiches is the payment options; Apple Pay would be a great addition. I’m just saying :)

After many trials & errors, Togo’s App is now up and running great and order directly and, earns rewards.

We always get great service and the staff is super friendly!
