Hi firstcry is the best app for clothing,pampers,haircare,toys everything i always buy every stuff from this recently I started facing problem from FirstCryIndia gets freeze in between n I cnt order anything I tried doing uninstall n reinstalled app still the same plz fix it asap

I ordered couple of things from their website and it’s WORST in the quality and customer service is PATHETIC which matches the quality of the product, placed return request 3 times but no body showed up and cancelled the request automatically and now it’s been months and did receive any refund, now they are asking me to share my bank statements from the purchase date to current date. ZERO STAR AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Hi I have taken the update 2 days ago after that I am not able to open detail page. Unable to do add to cart as well. Can you please verify and fix the issue. Thanks

The most irritating app i have ever used. While you are choosing things, first it will slow down then it will close FirstCryIndia or it will take you to the home page again n again whilst you have made your checklist and it will al unselect it and you have to go over again and again and again.
Secondly they charge the gst in the end so be calculative while ordering. The shown price or per unit price won’t be the final price.

I have liked all the dresses of boys and girls. This site is always updated with new fashion by keeping quality and material type in mind. I have recently started using FirstCryIndia and now I use only this site to order my kids dresses and other stuff. Fully satisfied

I love it and use it quite often to order for both my kids. Specially Carter’s brand.
One improvement suggestion - there should be a way to retrieve saved coupons while applying coupon on the payment page.

The shipping speed has phenomenally improved. I ordered 3 items yesterday and they have been delivered today . Shipping was free too as the price of the order was above 750/-. Products as usual are very good quality

Though everything is good, there is a issue wrt compatibility with 10.2 inches iPad. Not able to see size details properly. Only half of page is visible. Rest is not. This is stopping me to select clothes and order.

Since the last few days I'm unable to add anything to cart. The moment items are added to cart and I navigate to checkout the cart becomes empty. Sometimes adding to cart adds multiple quantities. It's completely unusable as a shopping app.
Tried reinstalling, logging out and then login back, nothing works. It's the same behavior across all my devices.

I did not understand the discout coupon. How it helped me because i did not get any discout on the total. The total remained the same even after applying the coupon.

I don’t have to think about the quality unlike other brands. Time saving and at reasonable price with great quality.

Products are nice but FirstCryIndia doesn’t function properly. I have added the items multiple time and the cart doesn’t show the items at the time of checkout.

Such a bad experience and thus its stops me in going through the pain of ordering through firstcry

The mobile app is extremely slow. When u click on remove an item it totally takes hell lot of time to click on close n then get back to the checkout page.

Great customer service, fast delivery and easy returns !!! Great sales !!! Been a true blessing shopping for my little one !!

I was so excited to use FirstCryIndia but I am frustrated. Every time I try to navigate the pages, FirstCryIndia closes itself after 5-6 minutes. It is annoying and dampens the shopping experience. I tried to delete and download it again but the issue persists. Please fix it.

I like products and offers but some changes should done in system. Like refund money should able to use it whenever customer wants not deduct directly thru order.

I tried FirstCryIndia for the first time, I tried to return a product because the size didn’t fit, and they asked for details like name of the child, birthdate, height, weight. This was Mandatory info to return, I don’t get it why on earth will I put such information on a shopping platform.

Though the offers look attractive at first, after adding the GST and shipping charge the prices are high.
Often online payment become cancelled and repeating the order make the cost higher automatically.

Only one thing I don’t like I always get 1 size less product

I received a different dress than what i actually ordered for my baby and i hate going through return process as i am a full time student but i took time to come and write this review so that these people atleast try to fix the problem. Hate FirstCryIndia so far. Always trouble with sizes.

Hi team, Nice app and good kids stuff.
I tried to order about 12 pieces yesterday around 11pm as there was an offer of 40% but unfortunately my request was not processed due to an app error and just finished the order with 10% less discount today. Watching 40% discount i was waiting to place the order since couple of days but disappointed with FirstCryIndia ’s technical issue.

Love all the products i ordered from FirstCryIndia.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5 stars..

App could have been more user friendly.. at times I just get locked to a page and do not finds link to move back

Very nice cloth and fabric is so good with good cost product quality is better than ever online shoppers

The search prompt is so inefficient as compared to other such online sellers. Also, their screen doesn’t rotate. May be not meant for iPad users.

Some times clothes are not up to the quality expected

Whenever my husband orders anything from FirstCry he gets atleast 2-3 items free like samples of baby moisturiser or diapers or wipes. I have ordered so many times but I have not got anything complimentary.

They don’t delivery in time and even customer care people can’t answer our questions. They can only do is , they raise complaints on our issues.
Other wise products wise it is very good app

If we try to delete something in cart it’s not able to go from added products. Unresponsive app no use app
