WORST product quality and PATHETIC customer care

I ordered couple of things from their website and it’s WORST in the quality and customer service is PATHETIC which matches the quality of the product, placed return request 3 times but no body showed up and cancelled the request automatically and now it’s been months and did receive any refund, now they are asking me to share my bank statements from the purchase date to current date. ZERO STAR AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE

The most irritating app i have ever used. While you are choosing things, first it will slow down then it will close the app or it will take you to the home page again n again whilst you have made your checklist and it will al unselect it and you have to go over again and again and again.
Secondly they charge the gst in the end so be calculative while ordering. The shown price or per unit price won’t be the final price.
App has become unusable lately

Since the last few days I'm unable to add anything to cart. The moment items are added to cart and I navigate to checkout the cart becomes empty. Sometimes adding to cart adds multiple quantities. It's completely unusable as a shopping app.
Tried reinstalling, logging out and then login back, nothing works. It's the same behavior across all my devices.
