Couldn’t complete purchase as payment options didn’t pop up.

since their launch, it never worked lol no improvements at all but some restaurants still offers heydomo for food deliveries but ofcourse i think they just want u to download heydomo cuz it never even worked once even when i use different devices.

Hello developer, i tried to order food from ochado, but heydomo suddenly crash. I tried to order from random vendor, and it works fine. I think there’s a minor bug. Fix it pls. Tq.

Tried calling and messaging the admin but no response. All merchants on heydomo appears to be closed, but in fact they were open. Probably glitch or bug. Tried complaining but no respond.

Not working, when i want to proceed with the order, it says ‘please choose the delivery method’ but there is no option to choose from, no tick box under ‘please select your delivery method’ 😥

They have the worst delivery service I’ve ever met. No answers from Call Supports or even Whatsapp support

heydomo is awesome! But the customer service you have is bad! I tried to contact this app for a Question that should be inside the F.A.Q page, but there's no response in my WhatsApp messenger and I got a blue tick. Here's a tip, please do provide the time and schedule for when a delivery to Tutong (i don't know about other district applicable) is available. I was expecting to have a decent dinner with my family on the last day of ramadhan to find out that my delivery can be done the next day.

Very impressed with the seamlessness and ease of payment with cards, yay finally! Would love to see the vendors categorized eventually, and descriptions of the food, and a search function. Customer service great- from the Domo team to the delivery team. Fast and easy.

Would love it if heydomo would say order is on the way or ETA of delivery. Order is packaged is too vague. Otherwise, everything else is great

Di minta supaya mempromo ke semua peniaga² penjual² besar & sme di seluruh Brunei Muara, Belait Tutong dan Temburong supaya urang awam dapat mengunakan aplikasi ani untuk mbali makanan dan aing lagi² dimusim pandemic ani. Pertama kali menggunakan aplikasi this app hari ani ngudar aing T4, atu nganya yg ada uja nya kawasan Belait. Kalau bulih adakan tah semua kadai² ngambil oder. Sbagai contoh Belait ada jua Makanan jipun kenapa bandar sja. this app misti viral kann ni aplikasi ani. Sekian 4 bintang sja pasal kurang kadai dBelait.

I dont get why heydomo only prefer a credit card payment. Useless apps
