App doesn’t accept any payment
Can not complete the signup process therefore I can not place a pickup order….
App will not complete payment of my order
I have your app, but I never get any of the notifications for freebies or buy one get one. I have called trying to get the problem fixed to no avail. The only thing that I receive is notifications for new restaurants.
I’m unable to checkout all the way. I put in my credit card info and push submit. It looks like it’s working but never goes through (goes right back to checkout page). I tried several times so hopefully my credit card wasn’t charged (I don’t think so). Still frustrating. I know I can order in person/drive thru, but pickup is much more convenient and a time saver.
The app will not finish my transaction. At checkout and no error is showing. Using a Chime card that I have used before.
After login in app just goes to blank white screen with an x to close and 2 arrows on the other side that do nothing!
I have been trying to access the app multiple times today. I either can't get in, or it get a login error. I have changed the password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, nothing will get it to work properly.
