How to fix Achievers app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Achievers app on iPhone
Update Achievers app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Achievers iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Achievers on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Achievers network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Achievers Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Achievers not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Achievers App
1. On android, goto Settings » Achievers » click [Force Stop]

Update Achievers to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Achievers App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Achievers » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Achievers.

Fix Achievers unable to contact server/ Achievers internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Achievers » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Achievers » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
