While it is good to be recognized & be able to receive “goodies” through a certain amount of points, its pointless to have it. The selection of gifts is not what it use to be & the items are generic. Things I have no use for. Plus I’ve tried to recognize people & cannot or have no ability to do so. I’ve tried using the help feature & the person could not help me. It was very hard to explain or even understand the solution! Im constantly bombarded with recognitions from other stores & people I don’t know. I know my department has a lack in this area & doesn’t participate in this for some reason. I do appreciate the recognitions from corporate & the store management.😆

The app takes you to a link online, this makes very little sense to me. A good app allows you to do everything you need to do within the app. Also, once you click on the schedules link and it takes you online your passcode must be reset multiple times. I have my information saved and it still says “incorrect information”. I reset my password to the same password repeatedly. This is so disappointing. We can’t check our schedules yet we are expected to be at work and on time. I would prefer to be dependable but this app complicates things.

Not user friendly at all can’t log into the front porch app it tells me my security questions are incomplete. How am I supposed to log in to complete my security questions?Haven’t used this app since it’s inception. There have been many times when I needed to check my schedule but never have been able. Here I am trying again a year later and still nothing F this garbage
