I am very disappointed with that app. My work uses it for employee recognition, which is a great thing to do, but Achievers is very good at telling me “session expired” and it has been doing this recently more. I attempt to login through Achievers multiple, and it accepts the login...just to load for a few seconds and say session has expired! I cannot even log in anymore! I tried to close Achievers out completely and also reinstall it, but it has been continuing! An app that is support to help make lives easier in the workplace is just making things more difficult, which is obviously my personal view. While I appreciate all Achievers can do, please work on a fix for this issue!

While it is good to be recognized & be able to receive “goodies” through a certain amount of points, its pointless to have it. The selection of gifts is not what it use to be & the items are generic. Things I have no use for. Plus I’ve tried to recognize people & cannot or have no ability to do so. I’ve tried using the help feature & the person could not help me. It was very hard to explain or even understand the solution! Im constantly bombarded with recognitions from other stores & people I don’t know. I know my department has a lack in this area & doesn’t participate in this for some reason. I do appreciate the recognitions from corporate & the store management.😆

I love Achievers. I can recognize any one of my very amazing coworkers and recently, there’s been some new ones who are phenomenal. I would love to recognize them, but the thing is, I forget my password. Achievers logs you off almost immediately and it DOES NOT save my passwords the way other apps do. Is there a way to enable Touch ID login to Achievers so I don’t have to worry about forgetting my password and have to pester the team at this app about it?

Before the recent update, you could look into your profile, check out the store, etc. now if you even attempt to check the options your session will expire. Forcing you to log back in only try again to have the session expiring.

*update: Thankfully with the newest release Achievers now fully works.

*updated, works as expected and changed to 4 stars. Thanks developers for the quick response and corrections. Now as a 4 Star only because I’d like to view in price ranges example from 0 to 10,000, 10,001 to 20,000 etc or a slider to view price ranges greater than a certain point cost.I currently must scroll for what seems to be forever to get to a higher value

Achievers takes you to a link online, this makes very little sense to me. A good app allows you to do everything you need to do within Achievers . Also, once you click on the schedules link and it takes you online your passcode must be reset multiple times. I have my information saved and it still says “incorrect information”. I reset my password to the same password repeatedly. This is so disappointing. We can’t check our schedules yet we are expected to be at work and on time. I would prefer to be dependable but Achievers complicates things.

So In the beginning Achievers worked fine but then one day it didn’t let me see any new update or even my coworkers. I thought I just needed to get off and try logging in again and I did that but it said my password isn’t right so I tried to go to “forgot my password” and it just goes to a blank page and won’t load anything. I’m worried because I need this for my job

Running up to date iOS software for iPhone XR:

When I go to the shop and click on the “view all” to view all merchandise or view all gift cards it doesn’t show me all of them it only shows me a select few. To see all of the “merchandise” I have to type “all” in the search bar and then it brings up everything, not just the “merchandise” that I want to view in the merchandise category

When you go to shop it only lets you scroll through a VERY small portion of all available items. This forces me to log into an actual computer which negates the need for Achievers and it also loses its accessibility. I never used to have this problem.

Soon expired is already a problem.
Very often it resets completely and requires login and password configuration all over again
It still does not support face id
After I review all notifications icon still shows them, so I need to open it again too reset the number.
Some buttons on forms are so low so it's sometimes does not work as expected.

Achievers is a great platform for recognition and the desktop version works great. Achievers itself is very intermittent and takes multiple attempts sometimes to post. It is very inconsistent which makes recognizing associates wherever you are difficult. No issues with desktop version but app is very clunky more often than not.

Achievers used to work very well. In the last three months, every time I log in and try to shop I’m kicked out after 30 seconds and am told “my session has expired”. I am unable to shop and use my points or do anything in Achievers . I have deleted and reinstalled several times with no change. I have tried to troubleshoot with no success. If you fix this it’s back to golden!

Great app but sadly people who have no work ethic along with their friends use it as a way to earn points and make a lot of extra points/gifts on the side.
When real workers hard workers aren’t getting recognized.

I finally got enough points to get something I had my eye on. I found the selection and checkout process quick and easy. This has been a great app for me to recognize my coworkers.

Not user friendly at all can’t log into the front porch app it tells me my security questions are incomplete. How am I supposed to log in to complete my security questions?Haven’t used Achievers since it’s inception. There have been many times when I needed to check my schedule but never have been able. Here I am trying again a year later and still nothing F this garbage

Great to let your team know how much you thankful to have them , what great job they doing make them feel better and give the store and customer great service

Super easy to use and recognize from Achievers . I can even redeem points inside Achievers . Prefer Achievers to the desktop as I can still send a recognition while walking between meetings or on breaks.

Despite having them checked in settings, Achievers never celebrates my birthday or anniversary. It’s not a huge deal but it’s kind of a bummer. I don’t get the points for those celebrations either.

Otherwise it’s a nice app for appreciating your coworkers and feeling connected to the company.

Achievers is super easy to use and it’s fun to see what all my coworkers are up too. It lets me know when I get recognized which always puts a smile on my face. Seeing the awesome rewards I can save up for is also fun and motivating. Love it!

As a remote employee, I love using the native IOS app for recognizing my colleagues and redeeming rewards. Also works well for weekly check ins to provide feedback to leadership.

I turned off notifications for likes and comments I am still getting them to everything! Now I regret commenting on a post

I can’t even stay logged in for 5 minutes. The session expires every minute or 2.

Being able to recognize coworkers is great, but the notification system and the fact we can't stay logged in is a deal breaker. I notice in the update notes it says fingerprint login. Where is that feature? Most phones would support that. Wouldn't mind a little more social aspect either.

Love Achievers! Getting recognized by a peer or leader feels really good and definitely impacts how I feel about work on any given day. When a recognition pops up on my phone...I’m going into take a look..guaranteed!

Achievers is great. Just one tiny problem to fix.
Whenever I add a background picture, it doesn’t go through, I keep getting the same grey background on my profile.
Please fix it.
