- Have to know how the app works to set up trip assistance and extra bags

- Calling the call center for help is hit or miss

- Training of employees is lacking

- No one to talk to

- Not allowed to board the plane even though they arrived 1 1/2 hours before flight departure

- Flight was canceled and they were given a flight two days later

- Need to pay for luggage even though they had already checked in

Checked in my family for a flight as I will most likely not have Internet. I received an unexpected error message, clicked okay and tried to click accept and check in same error message popped up. I closed the app and opened it up again to check in and everyone was checked in except one person?

APP is not working, nothing is working, deleted app, still the same data entry incorrect, changed password 3x still does not work, went to website not working change password there too then use password from website into app still does not work.
