How to fix CVS Specialty app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CVS Specialty app on iPhone
Update CVS Specialty app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CVS Specialty iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CVS Specialty on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CVS Specialty network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CVS Specialty Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CVS Specialty not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CVS Specialty App
1. On android, goto Settings » CVS Specialty » click [Force Stop]

Update CVS Specialty to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CVS Specialty App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CVS Specialty » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CVS Specialty.

Fix CVS Specialty unable to contact server/ CVS Specialty internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CVS Specialty » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CVS Specialty » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CVS Specialty
