Using it for about 3 years
Came across a long way with this app!... It was the only food delivery service that was accepting international cards in town. Started having issues when they started updating the app but they helped me out with there best costumer service where the other delivery service such and food panda and Uber eats don’t have a proper call center help service. Overall it has the best costumer service in town... Keep it up. 😊

Pathetic App & experience!
I have ordered my food at 7pm and still haven’t received my food even after more than 2 hours have passed moreover, the Agents would put my calls on hold for 6 minutes every time I called to inquire about the delivery time. It I very annoying that I cannot cancel the order either. What exactly are you doing this app!?

Good effort
All though it has some error or ux is not that efficient . But i have no complain, i can at-least order food from here for my friends and family. I would appreciate if you work more to make online payment more swift and efficient. Keep doing the good work. Thanks
