Dishonest service that doesn’t bother about the voucher I used and doesn’t bother to give recovery for their own mistake. Such disappointment service. I’ll have to pay 200 extra only for their dishonesty. Dissatisfied with service

Unlike Foodpanda which has zero trouble doing deliveries this app Customer service calls you to confirm Food order first which shows amateur developers and Delivery person making at least 10 phone calls before delivery which equates to harassment over the phone. Never again use it.

Once I waited 3 hours for my food to arrive. Being a phone app, you would expect the food to arrive without any intervention. But no, they will call you 15 minutes after your order to confirm. You would think that's the last time but no they will call you over and over again right up to delivery.
By the time you will get your food, don't be surprised if it's cold.
I highly recommend going with foodpanda for any of your food delivery needs!

My husband faced issue with their food delivery process 2 years back and today I have faced similar thing. They took the money via online payment but rejected the order which is punishable offence under Consumer Rights Law’s section 45 and then they tell that it would take 7-10 days to refund the payment. They called me and told that they are sorry which they did with my husband’s orders 2 years back (twice and he still hates this app for that) but they did not improve that yet. Such audacities can only happen I think in our country because we spare these people after their misconducts.

I have ordered my first order today…1hr+ still didn’t get the food delivered, although when called the restaurant they said they’ve prepared the food already 30 mins ago. I had a very bad experience as my first order and won’t order again from HungryNaki

This is app is literally no use. How is HungryNaki even allowed app store. HungryNaki is so annoying the fact that the doesn’t even show restaurants even if I search it. I can’t even order it from the menu of the restaurant. Please those who wants to download it don’t even try HungryNaki will destroy your life.

I have tried almost every online food delivery app, but trust me this app has unfortunately achieved the lowest position on my list. The buggy user interface, no cancellation or live chat options. My orders have been cancelled twice within 1-hour time span. At the last minute, they were like, “ sorry, sir”. They have me waited for 1 hour just to say this. Is this what you call service?!

Food came in 1 hour, but HungryNaki showed that it would come in 30 minutes. When I ordered from them I wrote them a note saying to have change, but they did not enough change for a 500 taka bill. They only gave me 120 taka my order was 365 taka. They could 100 percent improve their service. The food came in good condition.

Even if I added my address twice, I think they don’t show the address clearly to the delivery people, they asks for location details every time I order. Last time the delivery guy called me 4 times and I was like 🙊🙊🙊

HungryNaki has improved. Now it doesn’t crash after a few minutes. But in my area service is not available. I think that this app should try to available their services outside sectors.

Came across a long way with this app!... It was the only food delivery service that was accepting international cards in town. Started having issues when they started updating HungryNaki but they helped me out with there best costumer service where the other delivery service such and food panda and Uber eats don’t have a proper call center help service. Overall it has the best costumer service in town... Keep it up. 😊

All though it has some error or ux is not that efficient . But i have no complain, i can at-least order food from here for my friends and family. I would appreciate if you work more to make online payment more swift and efficient. Keep doing the good work. Thanks

I have ordered my food at 7pm and still haven’t received my food even after more than 2 hours have passed moreover, the Agents would put my calls on hold for 6 minutes every time I called to inquire about the delivery time. It I very annoying that I cannot cancel the order either.
What exactly are you doing this app!?
