Force Stop the SpotterEDU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SpotterEDU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SpotterEDU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SpotterEDU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SpotterEDU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
