The excessive notifications of SuperbuyForwardingSolution are ridiculous. To make matters worse, there is no means within SuperbuyForwardingSolution to change the sort of notifications that come through. It just returned to the phone notifications settings.

I want to be able to get shipping and purchase notifications but I don’t care about sales, events or promotions. I’m also sick and tired of acknowledging the same freaking notices every time I open it. I don’t care. I’ve seen it multiple times. Save that or frigg off.

You can easily be told that they can’t give you the sales or coupons on taobao by all kinds of excuse. Sales and coupons that taobao’s system will automatically give you if you try it yourself taobao. That means even you paid more through their system, and their buyer put the order in a lower price through taobao, not only will they not telling you, they find excuse to tell you you won’t get the money until you try it yourself on taobao, and show them the screen shot. I try to report it to the complain department, and was only told that they have done this and that, and that I should leave them a extra message with my order to help them work better.🤷🏼‍♀️ I have shopped here for several times, and have experienced the terrible customer service, I’m sure this will be my last time working with them.

They never packed my packages well which caused my packages arrive in damages. But that’s not the worst part yet, they said they can not do anything after my shipment is shipped but not able to be tracked! The customer representative told me that they coordinate with third-party for shipment so that they are not capable to ask any information about package’s location! She told me that their responsibility is ONLY packing the goods together and ship it. THAT IS IT! How dare you guys charge me service rate so high for just doing that? Very disappointed. Will NEVER use SuperbuyForwardingSolution again.

I had the bad taste with SuperbuyForwardingSolution at the beginning, I thought it may be I didn’t use it properly. I gave it a second try, it really pisses me off. If they cannot ship the items to the U.S., they should warm us at the beginning before we made the purchase. I paid and all items had been shipped to their warehouse then I couldn’t add to the chart to process my shipment. So I contacted their customer service, they told me those items couldn’t be shipped, but I was being charged already. Ok fine, I got one simple item to ship to U.S. then, who knows, the shipment is way more expensive than the item itself and even more expensive than shipping from China directly. Contacted them, I was told that I couldn’t get my refund. OMG, I cannot believe that, it’s a FRAUDULENT app ever. I will definitely tell all the people around me how bad SuperbuyForwardingSolution could be. Avoid them!

If I could, I would stop myself from ever downloading this scam. There are so many sites to buy cheap clothes from China without having to go through the hassle of an agent. Also, you’ll spend about 2x your item cost in shipping on here. So for a $10 pair of jeans you’ll spend anywhere from $30-$50 in shipping. Plus, they don’t quote shipping so it might be more or it might be less. But if it’s less you don’t get a refund. Only credits. You have absolutely ZERO buyer’s protection. Just had a seller send me the wrong color item and a different seller send me the wrong size. Now I’m just stuck having paid $50 for 2 tshirts that I didn’t choose. Overall, this is BY FAR the worst way to buy anything I have ever experienced. I would rather make a craigslist ad asking people to rob me than use SuperbuyForwardingSolution. At least that way, I could get robbed on my own terms.

I am a recent user of SuperbuyForwardingSolution and I was hoping to make an account so that I could purchase things from the website taobao and have it shipped here from Superbuy. You can imagine my dissapointment when I enter 20 characters AND more, plus several symbols on the keyboard. And they still gave me the “please enter 20 characters or more blah blah blah” I did this SEVERAL times over and over. I was very frustrated by the end of it and just gave up trying to be a user of SuperbuyForwardingSolution. Seriously, fix this. You cant even make an account on this, whats the point??

Every agent I’ve had has helped me through the process with no problems. I’ve had to return a few items and my agents got me refunded without any trouble. Just be clear about what you need and be polite. Don’t bombard them with messages, just ask for help concisely. If you show that you are a dedicated customer, they will do everything in their power to get you what you need.

My one complaint is about the UI of SuperbuyForwardingSolution — it’s a little shoddy, there are a lot of typos, and it can be hard to navigate. This could be fixed pretty easily though.

All in all, great app and great customer service.

The support is available 24/7 and can do a variety of things to help you out. Once items get to your wearhouse, Superbuy is quick to take pictures and store it in the warehous. If you’re looking for an agent to buy taobao, tmall or from any other store, Superbuy is the way to go.

SuperbuyForwardingSolution works great, but the really good thing about Superbuy is their service. It is very fast, and the customer service is really helpful and nice. Have used them multiple times and every time, the items have been very well packed and arrived safely and quickly, definitely recommend them.

I previously used Panda but after they were taken down I needed a new agent. This agent has easy to use app, provides 3 free QC pictures, and offers reasonable shipping times and prices to USA. First order took 12 days to arrive. I recommend using their shipping expert service to save money on shipping prices.

If you are looking for the most reliable and fast broker please do not hesitaste to use this platform, high end customer service and great people behind the screens. The level of compromise suoerviy has for their customers is simply wow There are cheaper platforms (realistically not a big difference but remember: Good ain’t cheap but cheap ain’t good

Well packaging and fast shipping, only take a week even I choose the cheapest shipping method to USA. Also they have 7/24 online chat service, which is the most I like! Also they take a picture for all of your single item to let you make sure is what you want, love their fast shipping and fast response. Recommended!

I have been searching for years for ways to buy things from China! Last year I discovered a different agent that I thought was amazing...but sadly (or not so sadly) they removed all viable payment options; so once again I was searching for an agent. And then I found Superbuy. This is my first time shopping through Superbuy but they are quick, efficient, and shipping is very reasonably priced (especially when considering that delivery prices are higher due to Covid-19!). And now that I have their app...well, let’s just say it’s going to get me into a lot of trouble! 😂💸💸💸 Love you, Superbuy! And thank you for everything you do! ❤️

I am really happy with my shopping experience on SuperbuyForwardingSolution . The shopping assistants always reply to my questions politely and patiently. Shipping was super fast. One confusion I had is that there were 4 coupons showing in my account, but it won’t let me use them when checking out at shipping. If SuperbuyForwardingSolution can make it more self-explanatory, would be great!

Pros:
1. A variety of shipping options. The customer representatives will always recommend a “recently popular route”, but you could always select based on your budget and your own judgments.

2. Good customer service. You could contact the customer service through online chatting (9am-6pm Beijing time), which is not very convenient for North America users, or simply leave messages - they will be replied within a day typically.

3. Good additional packaging services, including combining and splitting packages etc.

Cons:
1. They always overcharge ahead of time and then send you the refund values via their store credits (if your package ended up costing less). This is not convenient.

Their 24/7 customer service is on point. Everybody I talked to actually cared about my issue, which is rare for this type of stuff. When an item arrives in your warehouse, they’ll let you know if there are any scuffs/flaws in the product and ask you to confirm. Heck, they even cleaned a smudge on my new shoes without me even asking! If you know what you’re doing, this is an amazing service.

Overall very happy with some niche items I ordered. Takes a couple weeks to deliver, but that’s inline with everyone else shipping to US. Having straight ordered from taoboa and the nightmare an English person has trying to understand it, I say it’s worth the extra few bucks to go thru superbuy. SuperbuyForwardingSolution and its translation to English is a bit rough, but after messing around a few minutes you can usually figure out what you are supposed to be doing.

I saw a lot of bad reviews about it however I do love super buy a lot said that 10$~20$ shipping is expensive but for me is not that bad because 1 time I bought something from Canada and the shipping for 100gm already cost me 11 bucks and 1 time I order some local brand dress from Vietnam and is cost me 23$ shipping for the standard time. 8-15 days are long but the good was shipped from China and is really hard to purchase the good buy myself on Tabao, so ye why not.

They’re pretty good. Sometimes can be pricey but for the services they offer I find it worth it. Personally though if you’re not ordering a huge haul of things then I’d suggest you have your money ready as it gets pricey for small hauls. Bigger or heavier hauls make this service worth it! All in all if you can look past that then they do offer amazing services to secure your package. Think I paid like an extra $4 for extreme protection around my package and it legit took 5 minutes to break open the packaging! Such good services & protection that they will definitely see my business again!!

My husband and I lived in china for 5 years. He’s a big guy. I found some great pants, his size, on taobao. We would purchase them on a regular basis. Well, when we moved there was no way to buy those pants, they were an inexpensive Chinese brand unavailable outside of China. Superbuy has Given me the option of buying them again!!!
