The code to activate the tan is just not working. I can’t even log into my online banking anymore. Anybody wonders why DB is going down hill?

Tons of crashing, i can no longer make basic transfers with my bank app because photo tan can’t open without crashing. Seems like the bug fixes have added more bugs than there were before

It crashes as soon as you launch it on iOS 13. I can no longer make transfers or sign in on new devices because of this. DeutscheBankphotoTAN has always been very behind, e.g. not supporting iPhone X for two years and using low-resolution graphics in 2019.

If I can give it 0 star I would. Horrible app, I can’t access my online banking anymore. I’m agreeing with what everyone said here, disgraceful for Deutsche Bank to charge so much and delivers so little. I will be closing my account and bringing my money to another bank.

App crashes and I can’t use my bank account to purchase anything. I have to wait for a letter in the mail and activate again. Deutsche bank does not offer support. Closing my account. Avoid Deutsche bank .

DeutscheBankphotoTAN used to work. Now it crashes constantly. Can’t even sign into bank account since the PSD2 did away with paper codes. Now what??!!!

Crashes on launch, iPhone 7 (iOS 12.4.1). Can’t login to online banking without them charging me 9 cents to send me an SMS. You had one job!

Not worth the download. Unfortunately there is no other way to do transactions if no Bank in near. Doomed if not working and software is crashing.

Unglaublich - um sein online Konto zu benutzen muss man die photoTAN aktivieren mit dieser photoTAN App. ABER die photoTAN App öffnet erst gar nicht sondern crasht sofort. Wie also soll man denn bitte an sein Konto kommen ????

Die App hat jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal die Aktivierung "vergessen" und fordert zur Neuaktivierung auf ... Super frustrierend!!!

This is horrible. DeutscheBankphotoTAN is useless. You need to wait for a letter to come then scan then go back to your online desktop computer scan something else then add a code then pray that it work.
And after all of that it doesn’t work.
Adding more! After some update now it ask a pin every 4 seconds and it’s not possible to make any transfers. This has to be the worst app in german history.

And basically that means I can’t use my Deutsche bank app anymore. Thievish disgraceful to launch a psd2 compliant but super complicated mechanism, where Face ID and a simple sms code would have been sufficient for 2 for sca. This is so bad i wonder which drugs they take at deutsche bank .. seriously

DeutscheBankphotoTAN doesn’t work. You activate something, then it appears on your online banking, but when you go back to DeutscheBankphotoTAN , it acts like you never activated the device.
The poor developers who made DeutscheBankphotoTAN that cost millions of dollars, weren’t even intelligent enough to make this screen size fit modern phones larger than 5 inches.
Considering we have to pay a monthly fee to Deutsche Bank, to produce apps, that other banks just give to you for free, and then their app is worse than the other apps, is an embarrassment and Deutsche Bank should be ashamed.
Edit: DeutscheBankphotoTAN literally sends the TAN code to DB App and the DB App tells me its expired and locked me out of my account.
Now i have to retrieve some special phone code to get this photo tan working again, but i found a a faster solution; leave Deutsche Bank.
