Every time I open my photoTAN app, it asks me to activate it but when I try it says the device is already activated. I am not able to go to the actual use of photoTAN to validate my online banking. What do I do in the app to bypass this activation step?

Really terrible

Tons of crashing, i can no longer make basic transfers with my bank app because photo tan can’t open without crashing. Seems like the bug fixes have added more bugs than there were before

Crashes on launch

It crashes as soon as you launch it on iOS 13. I can no longer make transfers or sign in on new devices because of this. This app has always been very behind, e.g. not supporting iPhone X for two years and using low-resolution graphics in 2019.

If I can give it 0 star I would. Horrible app, I can’t access my online banking anymore. I’m agreeing with what everyone said here, disgraceful for Deutsche Bank to charge so much and delivers so little. I will be closing my account and bringing my money to another bank.
