Follow these steps to resolve intermittent i-Drive app issues:

Force Stop the i-Drive App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click i-Drive app. » click "Force Stop".

Update i-Drive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear i-Drive App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "i-Drive app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch i-Drive.

Fix i-Drive unable to contact server/ i-Drive internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click i-Drive » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got i-Drive » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".

i-Drive is a dedicated IOS device file management tool used together with i-Drive expansion memory, which allows users to easily view, open, copy, move and encrypt files in iPhone or iPad. As the i-Drive supports encrypting both files and firmware, the user may enable the file encryption and decryption function after an expansion memory is connected, so as to protect their important files or data.
