One can definitely depend on Best Deal for your transportation. They are usually on time and if they have an unforeseen delay you are immediately informed.

Terrible app it takes too long and you can’t even cancel the rides if it’s the wrong address or something. They take entirely too long for the pickup service and their phones are terrible nobody answers the phone even for a regular cab. And they charge more than an average cab it costs me 28-30 to go downtown to LES from Harlem they charging 33

This cab service used to be one of the best. BestDealCarService is a little glitchy but that isn’t the real problem. Last 3 trips I booked, the driver canceled the ride and for one on them I missed a very important appointment. Now I’m back to using Uber. Extremely disappointed.

When attempting to open BestDealCarService and get a ride, an error message pops up prompting to call the dispatcher.

App needs so much work.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. I never leave a review but I had to this time around because this is the worse app I’ve ever used. It needs improvement and should not be available to the public unless it is up to the same standard, if not better, than the Uber/Lyft apps. Pray you never run into any issues because you WILL NOT receive your money or any help at all. Customer service doesn’t know what their doing and they are useless!

I’ve only used BestDealCarService twice and refuse to use BestDealCarService again. I should’ve known from the start! I had difficulty linking my credit card to my account. For some reason it wouldn’t accept my card info, I tried several times before it magically managed to accept that form of payment. Also, it takes a very long time for BestDealCarService to find a cab. Give yourself extra time to get a car because if you’re rushing to get to your destination, don’t even try it. You will be waiting to get a cab, then waiting again for the cab to get to you. Despite all of this, I gave it a second chance because it is cheaper compared to other cab services and you get a discount when using BestDealCarService .

This time around, I tried to purchase a cab service but BestDealCarService told me there was no cabs available despite it not being the weekend or during peak/rush hour. I assumed it was due to bad service. I tried 4 times but it said the same thing. I gave up at that point. I assumed maybe BestDealCarService was malfunctioning and wanted to make sure none of the rides I tried to get went through. I checked my summary of rides and it confirmed that all 4 transactions were cancelled which I expected. But later that day, I checked my credit card transactions and realized BestDealCarService charged me for all 4 transactions that were supposedly CANCELLED!!!! I assumed it was a temporary hold but wanted to confirm. I called my card company first to ask if those pending charges could be cancelled and was directed to call Best Deal directly. I called the number on my card statement associated with the charge just for the machine to tell me they couldn’t help me!!! Why is an inadequate number associated with the charge?!! A number that can’t even help you!!

Anyways, at this point I was frustrated but remembered that BestDealCarService itself had a phone number I could call. I called and the agent confirmed it was a temporary hold and the pending charge should be removed by the next business day. I waited 3 business days and didn’t see that the charge was removed. In fact, the charge was no longer pending but PROCESSED!!! The funds were taken out of my account. I called again and the agent told me that they DO NOT process refunds within 1 business day and that the previous info given was wrong. In fact, it would take 5-7 business days to see my refund. At this point I realized their customer service was trash, they didn’t know what they were doing or what they were talking about. Different agents were telling customers different things. I’m guessing they don’t give adequate employee training at this point.

I waited 8 business days and called Best Deal again because I still didn’t receive the refund. I explained everything to the agent just for the agent to tell me to call my card company!!!! According to the teller, my refund should’ve been processed. I told them it wasn’t, I’ve already checked my account before calling. The agent couldn’t provide any info at all regarding whether or not my refund was even being processed from their end. The agent claimed only their manager was authorized to check. I asked for the manager but apparently she was at lunch and the teller didn’t know when she would be back (how convenient). All the agent could do for me was send the manager an email with my number for a possible follow up.

I was beyond frustrated with their entire team at this point. I was tired of having to wait and call multiple times just to receive no help, multiple different answers, lies, or no answers at all!! I no longer trusted the company or what they had to say. Especially when they weren’t even able to give me any correct information or help me after 3 different phone calls with 3 different agents!! I’m sure I will never receive a call back or my refund from them for that matter. I ended up calling my card company to open a dispute. I am currently hoping to receive my refund from my card company, NOT from Best Deal. They were completely useless and a waste of time.

I hope this doesn’t happen to someone else! Use BestDealCarService with caution. As for me, they have lost a customer for life and will continue to dissuade anyone from using this useless app.

Why ride with the rest when you have the Best Deal. BestDealCarService is user friendly, the car arrives on time. I enjoy the only on location notification.

So they finally update BestDealCarService not I can't even book a ride. Before the debit/credit card option wasn't working. Now they make BestDealCarService look better and easier but still doesn't work.

BestDealCarService is a great addition to an already great service , however still unable to use and add credit card information.

THIS CAB SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEIR RATE IS UP THE ROOF. I'VE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY EVER SINCE IT WAS CALL "BEST DEAL" BACK TO "SKYLINE" AND BACK TO "BEST DEAL". THEIR RATE SHEET NEED TO BE LOOKED AT BY TLC. I'LL BE FILING A COMPLAINT TO CHECK THEIR RATE. WORST DEAL CAR SERVICE YOU GET ZERO STAR FROM ME😞
