I booked through what I thought was the airline. Ended up with Travel One/Cheap airfare. Conversation very difficult. Then once cancelled I received an email that said cancellation was not complete until a final step with “otp-onetime password” was made. Through OneTravelFlightHotelDeals , I chatted with someone who said they could see it was cancelled by my confirmation #. I questioned was the additional step with otp not needed as suggested by their email. They then asked what the # was so to update. I gave it to them and then was asked if I needed anything else? I feel if I had just taken their word and not questioned the need for the “otp”. They would have in fact not cancelled My rez and by the time I realized this would have been told a ridiculous cancellation fee. Long story short- felt very scam like! Always deal directly with airline/hotel

App isn’t as good as online booking as far as I can see at first glance. But, I have booked several trips with OneTravel and I have been very pleased with my trips. Make sure and read trip details and airline baggage etc before booking though. So many different classes of booking. Make sure and get what you want. Good prices and easy booking with these guys though.

Wow - got a fantastic deal on the dates I wanted to travel and it included travel insurance for a tiny fee. Am so chuffed to finally be able to get on a plane again and go see friends!

Booked but the site changed my airport called right away was told there would not be a charge to correct had to fight hours on phone to get a billing and I was charged the change fee. Now have to wait for some supervisor to call flight time changed 2 weeks after booking not the time I would have booked hours to get answered from people who drop the call and you can barely hear or understand. Run. I really mean it run away from this site go to the airline directly. This one is terrible!!! Run!

Their cancelation policy is 24hrs after booking, tried to chat with an agent and he said it was airline policy which is not very true since my flight is months away and if i booked through their website directly they would have let me cancel. I guess i wont be making that mistake again. I also had a hard time even finding my itinerary on OneTravelFlightHotelDeals and website, it would say i had no upcoming trips, and it would just direct me to covid 19 page. Wont be using again

Do not book with them, they are a complete scam! I booked a hotel in Albuquerque and they send me all the way to Santa Rosa, i cancelled the reservation and they still would not refund my money. They are a nightmare to deal with. Do not recommend what so ever, they are a complete scam, don’t know how they got such “high” rating, most likely their rating is not real. Also their costumer service is not helpful at all, they have been rude, I’ve been on the phone with them for more than 5 hours overall, they’ve lied to me and will not refund my money

Called to book a last minute flight from Mpls to Seattle. Quoted $700 - fine, it’s last minute. I get to the airport and print out my boarding pass and receipt and notice that the flight cost was $500. Hmm, so I call and ask why was I charged an extra $200. Booking fees. NEVER in the conversation did the agent mention any booking fee, much less a $200 booking fee. I asked for a recording of the conversation- and still have yet to hear from them. On top of all that, the interest rate on their card is outrageous. Straight robbery.

There stupid slow app double booked my on my recent hotel trip . Charged me twice $158.. management suppose to call me back and fix this .. still no call back .. they haven't responded to 3 of my emails .
Don't try to rip me off by double charging me .. if u want to be a beggar , I can give u the money .. awful company . Never use OneTravelFlightHotelDeals again .. I'm going to go thru my bank to get my money back now .. I hate leaving bad reviews but they deserve this one .. thanks

Don’t ever buy your tickets with onetravel. I bought my tickets in 2020 and due to COVID-19 they didn’t refund my money. In 2021 i bought two more tickets in USA and due to a bad weather in Denver , they didn’t refund and they didn’t even inform me about the cancellation. What an unprofessional business. Never ever in my life by tickets with you guys. You are the worst company i ever work with. Very unprofessional, if i could get a -1 minus stars i would give it to you.

This is the worst booking site. They didn’t even ask for passage information nor did they ask to confirm the information. When I called the number they had down to call for help changing name on flight the person said I can’t change any information because it was a super saver ticket. Why would that even matter. Don’t deal with OneTravel they scam you.

Quick & easy to use. Kept me up to date with the lowest rates & offered incentives on top of that. Great app! Highly recommend, whether you just need a hotel, just a flight, or an entire vacation booking. Thank you!

The online service is wonderful to use having been my first time to schedule this flight.

Identical search on site and app. App has very few options and prices almost double tried several times. Link from email to website always produce better price tickets and way more options. I assumed OneTravelFlightHotelDeals was going to better easier and have better deals but just the opposite 👎👎👎

I’ve used OneTravel for years and love them! I always save on flights and have never had a problem with bookings or refunds.

I called yesterday and today and both time i was talking with the agent for over 60 minutes and at the end the result was 0 zero. The did not helped me in any way. They just want to take your money and nothing else. For anything you call they will charge using different names.

I wanted to use my Paypal account to purchase a ticket on short notice. It worked out perfectly.

I been traveling a lot. When I go to travel I always come to agency office. But when I know this OneTravel save me a lot of time and Money.

Haven’t flown yet, but it was simple, good flight selection

I booked with them and they changed my dates within 5 minutes to flying in one day and flying out a few hours later. They wanted to charge $50 dollars per ticket to change the dates. We also lost our selection of seats. This is such a scam.

I love how easy it is to arrange for my travels with the itinerary I want and everything else. Thank you.
